Pieology is my favorite place to eat for lunch and I try to have it once a week. I normally take it to go but today I decided to dine in. The gentleman named Raul has great customer service and goes above and beyond, people like him deserve a special shout out because there aren’t many people like him no more.

I had the sausage and black olive pizza. Nothing special. The crust was uninspiring, the sausage mediocre and black olives rubbery with no taste at all. This is a good place for teenagers to hang out, but as for pizza it is lacking.

Had a great experience at Pieology thanks to Raul, the General Manager. Super friendly, on top of everything, and really made sure everyone felt taken care of. You can tell he cares about the place and the people. Big shoutout to Raul for making the visit awesome!

They had a really good experience at Pieology Pizza! The food was fresh, customizable, and came out pretty fast. The atmosphere was clean and relaxed. What made the visit even better was the service—especially the general manager, Raúl. Super friendly and attentive, and really made an effort to create a welcoming environment. It’s clear the team cares about their customers. Definitely a spot they’d go back to!

I had a great experience at Pieology Pizza! The food was fresh, customizable, and served pretty quickly. The place was clean and had a chill vibe. What really stood out though was the service—especially the general manager. Super friendly, attentive, and really made sure everyone felt welcomed. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was not a good experience what so ever! I don’t think I’ve ever received worst customer service. The girl behind the counter couldn’t even speak when approached and did not do a good job making the pizzas clearly she has not been trained on pearling food or how to great customers. When she brought us the pizza they made them to go and not to dine in and she slammed the pizzas on the table and said nothing than walked away. Not to mention they were out of ice and all of the sodas were just coming out as water. I will admit the pizza wasn’t half bad but definitely not worth the price tons of better places in El Paso that are cheaper and taste better. Hopefully management makes some changes or hires people who actually speak to customers and not just stares and gives dirty looks.

This place has definitely gone downhill. Wednesday Adams at the register and making pizzas was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. No smiles from staff. All of the orders were wrong. No ice or soda in the machine. Felt like I was in another dimension. Never coming back!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. My group and I walked in and were completely ignored no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even a glance. The young worker behind the counter didn’t say a single word to us the entire time. It felt like we were bothering her just by being there.
She rolled her eyes at everything we asked for and made it painfully obvious that she didn’t want to be there or deal with us. What really crossed the line was her laughing while making my pizza as if serving me was some kind of joke. That level of disrespect is appalling and completely unacceptable anywhere, especially in a customer service role. If someone has that much attitude and zero professionalism, they have no business working in customer service. And she also had the audacity to practically throw the pizza on the table and walked off!

Came in during a non-busy time and noticed many basic prep items were missing such as bell peppers and cheese. Staff was dismissive and distant when taking my order. Also noticed gluten free pizzas were being prepped in the same area as regular pizzas. Staff was practicing poor hygiene with no hair nets, or properly fitting clothes in prep area. After ordering, the wrong pizza was delivered to me as I sat in the lobby. I waited for the correct pizza to come and when it did, the entire pizza was completely burnt on the bottom.

Dietary restrictions: I am not gluten free, but I couldn't help but notice that gluten free pizzas were being prepped in the same area as regular pizzas. While this is a non issue for me, I realize that this mistake could be devastating for someone with celiac disease. Whether the staff was being lazy, or improperly trained, there is no excuse when it comes to food safety.

GuessWho? No? Okaysss

Many prep items missing and dirty. Staff was dismissive and rude. Cross contaminated multiple gluten free pizzas. Staff wearing crop tops and no hair nets in prep areas specifically a long haired girl prepping the pizzas. Brought wrong pizza to my table and when the right one was brought it was burned.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizzas prepped in area that regular pizzas were made. Dangerous prep and dirty work stations.

This is not a review of the food. Because I didnt get that far. I received a bogo offer for trying some app and went to check there restaurant out. I phoned my order in and let them know I had an offer coupon. When I arrived at the restaurant the young lady at the cashier asked for my phone number. She then informed me I had no points. I confirmed that as I was a new rewards member. I then showed her the coupon offer and code. She then reiterated that I had no points and would have to pay full price. We did this song and dance a couple more times. It was clear that there was no way we were going to resolve this so I finally told her to cancel my order. I will not be going back.
Side note. The people seated seemed to be enjoying their food.

They always put a good amount on the pizza and make sure that I’m happy with the pizza before it’s in the oven. This time Babee took care of me and she was super nice and made the experience very enjoyable. The pizza is always good here. I highly recommend this location.
