I haven’t had Pieology in YEARS so I didn’t really know what to expect coming in. My husband usually gets Blaze pizza but they closed the location near base. We decided to give Pieology a try since both of us hadn’t had it in quite some time. The location is nice and new, they had plenty of booths and a couple tables for customers. Very clean establishment from what I saw too. The two gentlemen that helped us were courteous and friendly.I opted for their fire grilled bbq chicken pizza, my husband got the mega meat. We both wanted to try their garlic cheese bread so we initially ordered one each but after seeing how huge they were we decided to just share one. It’s nice being able to see them put together your pizza, kind of like subway but with pizza instead.I absolutely LOVED my bbq chicken pizza. Both my husband and I decided to pay the extra $2 and got the hand stretched pierise crust. It adds a nice fluffy crust which I thought was perfect. But that mixed with all the bbq chicken toppings was so delicious! My husband liked his mega meat pizza as well. I tried a slice and I will say it’s a tad more greasy than the one I got but it’s probably due to all the meats. As for the garlic bread, honestly I probably would skip on this item next time. I thought it would have a lot more garlic flavor, to me it tasted more like cheesebread.Overall I still highly recommend Pieology if you’re wanting a more gourmet tasting pizza. I will definitely be back for more!

The food was good, very fresh. My only complaint was the price! I know inflation is happening but my goodness was it expensive. I paid $20 for a small pizza and a drink, me and 3 others came here together and paid together and the total was $80 (plus a tip) so we each paid $20 for our pizza and drink and I was astonished. The faculty itself was clean and there was lots of seating inside and outside. The food was good but I do not know if I can justify the price I paidVegetarian options: Veggie options are available and easy to identifyDietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options are marked!Parking: Lots of parking spaces

Staff not welcoming, guy with a tattoo above his right wrist told us that they don’t do kid sizes come to find out, they do but they didn’t have that size of dough available? Is that a thing or wouldn’t less dough be a way to make it smaller? When I questioned him about Kids Bambino he apologized and explained he meant to say they were out of it. Speed was extremely slow, and their faces (mainly his) showed they were miserable and hate their job and they reflected the misery on the customers trying to dine in. Room temp was 81 degrees so it was too hot to even eat in there, outside tables had bird poop and layers of dust on them that showed they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Pizza came out soggy and still dough was somewhat raw, definitely not eating it that way. Went back and asked for them to put them back in and the same guy was pissed and made us feel like it was us being picky and was not empathetic towards their mistake. Honestly that guy is possibly causing you guys customers. He was HORRIBLE ?‍♂️

This was my first time trying Pieology. I’m not sure if all of their crust is thin crust, but I wasn’t expecting my pizza to be thin crust. I didn’t mind it, but I just wish the person making the pizza didn’t bake it so hard because the crust was very hard to bite into. It felt like biting into a very hard cookie. The toppings were good and the presentation was good also. They should work on the crust a bit more so it isn’t too hard to bite but other than that it’s good. I will go again and try something else.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options. So there’s something for everyone.

Alex was very helpful. He made sure he got my order correct by repeating what I wanted on it and went above and beyond even though he was the only one working.

Up until about two weeks ago, I’ve had a great experience at Pieology. I placed an online order, and came to pick it up about 40 minutes after it was placed. Once I got there, there was only one employee working, orders were backed up, and his attitude was very nonchalant. My order wasn’t ready, so I asked how long it would be. He responded with he didn’t know, he was the only one working and started cursing. It was already late in the evening so I politely asked for a refund. He walked over to the register, then told me that he couldn’t issue me a refund. I informed him that I had been given a refund before when I placed an online order and the store was out of gluten free crust. He replied with, “oh, well I can’t give you a refund” then told me to request it on the app. There is nowhere to place a refund on the app, so after trying, I went back into the store and he wrote my number down to give to the manager. I came back two days later, the same guy was there and he gave me the same nonchalant responses and said his manager will reach out to me. 3-4 more days passed, so I called, and the SAME guy answered the phone, I explained what happened and he said, “well, my manager said he would process your refund and there’s nothing more I can do for you.” It’s been two weeks and I still have not received my $52 back. I called again today, and the same person picked up the phone. He told me that he doesn’t know what to tell me, he gave his manager my information and that’s that. I understand that he may have limited abilities as a cashier, etc., however, his attitude has been horrible, which is why I requested the refund in the first place. This is not appropriate behavior in the service industry. He could actually care less about me receiving my refund and is in no rush to handle the situation. This is very unacceptable and this Pieology will not receive any more of my money.
