We walked in and they said only takeout orders and all the tables and chairs were available, so why would you go if they don't let you eat there?

Ordered extra marinara and extra cheese because pizza is hardly good if u don't customize it.. didn't get either. Usually the type of service is expected at this location. Only order because the boneless buffalo wings but they were horrible this time. Soggy and not saucy.

Would give a zero star! Manager lady saw us sitting on a dining table and never came up to us. After waiting for more than 20 min I asked her if someone could help us at our table she said dining is closed. She had seen us sitting there looking over at her. It is 6 pm & dining is closed? Could have at least let us know that if that’s the case. Maybe you shouldn’t be in a customer service position if you don’t know how to give decent service to customers. Basic communication skills are needed!

Carryout order said it would be ready at 5:15 and I didn’t leave the restaurant till 6pm and it was empty. Not sure what they were doing. Food looked old like it had been sitting there for a while.

Ordered delivery from this location, I ordered 2 my hut boxes with bread sticks, my pizzas were not cut!!! I only got 2 wings and was supposed to have chicken and pepperoni but only got pepperoni when I paid extra for it, my bread sticks were really crispy like they have been sitting for a while and no seasoning on them at all, I tried calling them 3 times and no answer, horrible experience and staff would recommend to stay away

Terrible service, it took 20 minutes to deliver my pizza, all the employees started talking, I had to look out to see if they were making my pizza and they quickly made it but the order never saw it.

Very bad service from the girl who was there, I went at 11:30 I ordered a pizza that has a cheese filling and she said that they couldn't make it anymore because they close at -12:00 am... they should modify the app because on Google I get that They close at 1:00am...I called them before coming and according to the fact that no one spoke Spanish, I arrived and the girl who helped me spoke Spanish perfectly😡😡😡😡

I came here for a family outing a couple weeks ago, store manager saw us and just told us to take a seat never came to our table, I had to come up multiple times to even get service, manager very rude and very upset, the pizza was not right I know how pizza hut pizza taste like and this was not it. Having to constantly struggle to get a pizza I like is not worth it I'm gonna look forward to ordering dominoes. I'm tired of the uphill battle it is ordering pizza hut.

The service here is awful. We waited for our order over two hours and never arrived. My son-in-law had to cancel. It's not the first time. This location is not reliable, not punctual, and when food is delivered the order is wrong. The caller even hung up! This truly is the last time we order from Pizza Hut from this location. If it weren't the fact that I have to rate it stars, I'd give it zero stars. No additional information is needed or anything.
If we could give negative stars it would be -5. We ordered 2 pizzas, 1hr and 45 minutes later still not here. Called back and was told we never ordered. Panzasaos Pizza on Midway is our pizza spot from now on. That would never happen there and pizza is a hundred times better!

If I could give zero I’d do it . First time here . Stood there for a couple min. Vanessa asked how they could help me and I answered, I was waiting to be seated . She rudely gave a big huff and puff and said ok have a seat, like she was bothered that they would have to serve us. My autistic child was with me and I already have trouble with her. This place is not a place to go !!!!!!! I’m sure Vanessa was maybe a manager there , she wears glasses. Thanks alot girl!!!! I’ll be calling the main office .
