Ordered a Meat Lovers pizza. It was under cooked and only had ham, pepperoni, and sausage. The site says it should include 6 meat toppings. Additionally, only about 3 of the slices had ham on them.
There was one other time I arrived 45 minutes before closing to pick up my order and all the doors were locked. I had to call about 3 times to get an employee to open up.

GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE BY THE GIRL AND THE GUY WITH LONG HAIR AND GLASSES. what made me uncomfortable a random costumer taking a picture of the employee, he was being rude to her obviously why she didn’t give him her name.

Great pizza! but i felt so bad for the young girl she was doing everything around the store while the two men were standing there laughing and mocking people! hire better people who will actually work not just stand there.

This is not the first time this happens. I ordered take out and was there standing for a long time and nobody came up to the counter. There was a lady in the back that saw me and just simply ignored me. Finally grabbed the attention of the manager and told him I was waiting for a long time when my order was ready. Carl didn’t seem to care. Love the pizza, but the customer service is horrible.

I love Pizza Hut but today I was disappointed with my recent visit. The staff seemed more focused on carryout orders and didn’t pay attention to us as dine-in customers. It felt like our presence wasn’t valued, and we ended up leaving without being served.

We walked in and they said only takeout orders and all the tables and chairs were available, so why would you go if they don't let you eat there?

Ordered extra marinara and extra cheese because pizza is hardly good if u don't customize it.. didn't get either. Usually the type of service is expected at this location. Only order because the boneless buffalo wings but they were horrible this time. Soggy and not saucy.

Would give a zero star! Manager lady saw us sitting on a dining table and never came up to us. After waiting for more than 20 min I asked her if someone could help us at our table she said dining is closed. She had seen us sitting there looking over at her. It is 6 pm & dining is closed? Could have at least let us know that if that’s the case. Maybe you shouldn’t be in a customer service position if you don’t know how to give decent service to customers. Basic communication skills are needed!

Carryout order said it would be ready at 5:15 and I didn’t leave the restaurant till 6pm and it was empty. Not sure what they were doing. Food looked old like it had been sitting there for a while.

Ordered delivery from this location, I ordered 2 my hut boxes with bread sticks, my pizzas were not cut!!! I only got 2 wings and was supposed to have chicken and pepperoni but only got pepperoni when I paid extra for it, my bread sticks were really crispy like they have been sitting for a while and no seasoning on them at all, I tried calling them 3 times and no answer, horrible experience and staff would recommend to stay away
