GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE BY THE GIRL AND THE GUY WITH LONG HAIR AND GLASSES. what made me uncomfortable a random costumer taking a picture of the employee, he was being rude to her obviously why she didn’t give him her name.
Had a terrible experience being delivered a cold pizza with missing items, but the manager called me up, apologized and made things right. Great customer service by him. Customer service through a call center was incredibly annoying when the initial order went wrong. Took several calls and got the run around. Not the managers fault though I imagine it's corporate nonsense.
No people nor online orders, still took a lot of time. Showed only the liter bottled sodas, when I wanted a soda, happened to have seen the 12 oz. drinks. Got the 12 Oz. one. Tried to upscale me. As if it's their money, hellooo, money goes to the franchise.
