Stay away from Pizza Hut location at 6704 Montana in El Paso if you want hot pizza. Took over an hour to receive an online order and when it arrived it was stone cold. We travel all over the U.S. and at least once a week we will order from Pizza Hut wherever we may be. Usually it is a good experience. Not this location. When we responded to their request for feedback on the order, they came back with an offer to provide a free pizza. However, as we were traveling, we simply asked for our money back - $30.76. Since then, “crickets”. Very bad ambassador for the Pizza Hut brand and its franchisees.

nearly every time i order online any pizza hut will guarantee to mess it up. Idk if they never look at the order or just what they want to see but i never get what i order. I've had enough trying to get anything good from here.

Where I live in AZ, sit down Pizza Huts are far and few between. I grew up on the east coast where these were abundant and always a treat to go to. This location has an average overall rating for me. It was clean, but outdated. It does appear they do small upgrades to keep up with changing times. There’s free WiFi and they decorate with the seasons inside. The lunch buffet is affordable and decent. Nothing spectacular, but they keep a good variety on rotation. Not bad for a quick bite! Business may not have a military discount, but appears to frequent many service members. Con: They need to put new foam in their seat cushions. Really not hard to take the upholstery off and stuff some new pads in there!

I order one pretzel with cheese and 2 hotdogs. When the guy prepared my order he asked me "Do you want your pretzels (plural) salted?" I asked " how many did you charge me?" He said two. " I ordered one" and then he does what you should never do to your customers. He corrected me and said "you ordered two." . At the end of my visit, I had to come back and get my cheese which he failed to give me, which is what I ordered in the first place. And for the record, dont order pretzels here. Both the pretzel, and the cheese were cold.....like the service.

More of a Papa John's fan, but the pie I had, yes I said pie, I'm from NY! was thin crust, with pineapple, grilled chicken, and spinach (delicious) perfect crunch, my wings I got for the super bowl, for 15 mins after my complete time, I had two half done, but I'll go back for the pizza, not wings LOL
I ordered a pizza with Italian sausage. What I remember most is how salty everything was.Thimk I'll try another pzza restaurant next time.

OMG we went there for lunch and the service was TERRIBLE. The waitress didn't seem as if she wanted to be there. We didn't go for the buffet so I guess they decided to make our food extra terrible. I had a personal pan that wasn't even cooked! My co-worker had the same and even got a small salad and the lettuce was wilted to the point of turning brown and slimy! Mentioned this to the waitress and guess what she did?! NOTHING! Needless to say we will not go back there ever again!

Had dinner with my family on a Saturday night. Close to our hotel. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The pizza was hot and fresh and the atmosphere of this restaurant is very nice. One of the better Pizza Huts in the area.
