Where I live in AZ, sit down Pizza Huts are far and few between. I grew up on the east coast where these were abundant and always a treat to go to. This location has an average overall rating for me. It was clean, but outdated. It does appear they do small upgrades to keep up with changing times. There’s free WiFi and they decorate with the seasons inside. If you're looking for a consistently average pizza, this location delivers. Nothing special either way. Price is reasonable and service on the low side of average for this location.

More of a Papa John's fan, but the pie I had, yes I said pie, I'm from NY! was thin crust, with pineapple, grilled chicken, and spinach (delicious) perfect crunch, my wings I got for the super bowl, for 15 mins after my complete time, I had two half done, but I'll go back for the pizza, not wings LOL
