Ordered a pan small pizza and they had no more so the guy gave me a medium and apologized for the inconvenience so props for the guy working curbside overall the food was really good and so hot I enjoyed it ?

My husband and I ordered a bbq pizza with beef grilled chicken and onions when it came it looked like it was tilted to one side on the drive here. The toppings were off the pizza on the side of the box by the crust there was places on the pizza where it was just dough. Tried to call store but no answer

I put in an online order and 2 min before my online order was supposed to be done, I recieved a call telling me my order was not done because the store did not have pan pizza. Why I asked I wasn't called earlier since we were already to pick up. DISAPPOINTED Again..That's what I get for giving it another shot.

Ordered hot honey pep and hot honey wings, was given regular pep and honey bbq wings. (These items are more expensive) when I talked to the manager I was told they tried to find hot honey other restraints and there was none. He also told me there was nothing he could do for me. There was not even an effort to make up for sending something I did not ask for. Customer service is dead in today’s world. I can only assume Pizza Hut doesn’t want my business or anyone else’s. Must be making too much money to put forth good customer service or make up for a mistake on there part. Oh last thing more crust than pizza ☹️

I ordered for delivery and although I was not even a mile away it took 40 min for us to receive our order. The food was warm so that was nice and it wasn’t burned which trust me I use to work at Pizza Hut before so I would know. My cup of marinara sauce was tiny. The pizza lacked toppings for a $20 pizza and the vibrancy of color wasn’t there. The pizza didn’t look appetizing if you will.

Before your driver departs, make sure your order is correct. The store sent the wrong order. (Ordered a Supreme, ended up w a Sausage mushroom pizza, which is $4.00 cheaper)I called for a credit, they told me they could send the driver back to correct the order, why am i going to wait another 45 min to an hour when this was not my mistake. Needless to say, i am not completely satisfied, but sure keep the $4.00. Next time pay attention to what y'all give your driver's.

First and foremost, I'd like to commend Renee (please forgive me if I misspelled your name) for the hard work and extra effort in getting orders ready, while also manning the cash registers and dealing with customers. Renee seems to be a model employee and always seems to be considerate for the customer's needs. Now for the reason(s) for the bad rating: I always pre-order using the App, and am always happy to leave a sizeable tip, since I firmly believe that by using the App, my order will be ready for pickup at the allotted time. This is hardly the case, and I have found my wait time for picking up my order typically exceeds 20 minutes, and that's after I arrive at the restaurant! Usually its one item that I am waiting for, like pizza bread. By the time I finally get my order, the pizza is pretty much cooled off, so we end up either eating cold pizza, or having to reheat it in the oven (and reheated pizza is not as good as fresh pizza)! I've complained to the manager, but I'm thinking this is falling on deaf ears. On this particular visit, the manager seemed to be busy making the pizzas, so I can imagine he is the one responsible for not getting the entire order into the ovens so all the food comes out at the same time! This is the last time I will ever visit this particular Pizza Hut! There are plenty of other pizza places and I'm sure I will not experience the frustration and anger that I typically experience at this place!

Served a undercooked pizza with raw ingredients and uncooked dough. Kept me waiting 20 mins while saying it'd be ready in 3 minutes making me late on my lunch break. Didnt have pan but charged us extra for it and substituted another crust. Bacon was raw on the pizza and the bite I took made me sick. Will be going to get my money back and never going to this location again.
