Pizza Hut on Zaragoza we tried again and I ordered the tavern thin crust. I got a burned and according to girl and manager the pepperoni is supposed to be Burned and also ordered a pepperoni pan pizza both medium I got a thin burned and mostly chard 🥶 pizza I cannot believe this the best pizza no more never again its time for a corporate intervention

normally i love coming to this location but i placed and order and chose to pick up at the window. waited for about 15 minutes no one came , some girl came looked and me and didn’t bother to help me or even ask what i was there for. I had to walk inside to get my order. Definitely needs to work on getting more organized and that girl with the short dark hair needs to learn how to work in customer service .

Sent me a double order and blame Door Dash for sending another order. I told second driver I had my order and he dropped it off anyway and told me to take it. End result refusal and no fix by Pizza Hut … they blamed each other. No mitigation whatsoever. I will never order from either of them again, cheaper to pick up Little Caesar’s, hope both of them go the way of the dinosaur.

I drove up to the window, two ladies saw me there waiting and neither proceeded to go to the window and help. I reversed twice and they stood there. Wasn’t cool.
Next I asked if the vehicle detector worked, one lady said, “no because it didn’t ring when you went up.”
Then it gets better these two give me pizza with hair in it…. ? I really wanted Pizza Hut!

I can not explain the horrible service we received at this pizza Hut tonight! First of all the system is down. ok no problem. They couldn't give us our credit from the last horrible service we got. So we decided to stay. The waitress should not be a server. PERIOD! My mom asked for a water with lemon , she asked "so you want lemon water like lemonade" ?. We explained that she just wanted a water with a lemon slice. They didn't have lemons! No problem! Then we ordered garden salads and ordered it with French dressing. She kept asking about the French part it and realized finally that it was a dressing and not their salad.?. But wrote it down. For the pizza my husband asked for ham and Pineapple. She asked if he wanted half ham and half pineapple ?. Nope he wanted it all ham and pineapple. When she brought the drinks she literally said "you will have to taste the drinks because I don't know which is the Dr pepper vs Diet" Ummm ok! The final point was when she set down "to go" premade salads , which are a waste of money vs the portion they give you in dine in. AND ITALIAN dressing! We said they asked for FRENCH. She said " we dont have french" and I guess decided Italian was a good substitute. ?♀️ We asked about the bowls and portions and She said " I don't have time to make salad in a bowl with our system down ( it's lettuce some tomatoes; cheese that's about it) We chose to leave. She yelled from the kitchen. So unprofessional! We didn't care ?
Let's talk about the restaurant. It was filthy. ?My shoes stuck to the floor under our table. And then stuck to the floor all the way out! They don't clean around the condiments. Only 3 tables in there other than us. Just silly! We get they have online orders and call ins BUT obvisouly they can not conduct a professional service and should shut down. Shut down the in dining, make a smaller menu with NO SALADS or just shut down all together. The manager was a young kid that just doesn't have managerial skills at all. He has the title and pay but that's about it. No wonder why this business is struggling.

We just stopped by a little while ago. Service was so horrible, we walked out. Our server was rude and just had a bad attitude. Nobody greeted us when we walked in or said anything when my son inquired for something at the front. Yet when she comes to our table, with a horrible attitude and tone, she clarifies that we didn't see that they should have sat us. Then, the couple of minutes we are trying to order, she is overbearing and standing by the table with her face looking angry and rolling her eyes up. The aura she was giving off was just toxic and heavy. She is a heavy set young lady with dark hair. I will definitely not be going back. I drove another 20 minutes out to eat rather than deal with that attitude.

1st time ordering at this location and the last the pizza and melt were practically burnt almost chipped a tooth on how hard the crust was we ate it because it was late and we didn't make dinner. Had to take off most of the burnt crust..I called pizza hut on N ZaragozaTalked to VICTOR who said he was the manager and he didn't seem to care he said he cut it himself and it looked fine that maybe when it was on the burner it toasted more waiting for it to be delivered and since we ate it he can't do anything about it. We will not be ordering from there anymore and if you get your food delivered I'm sure your food will be burnt and don't expect an apology!!!!!!!!

Food really sucked. No flavor. Ordered Pan crust and got something else. Server says that they changed it. Refills waited and waited and nothing. After they drop out order off they never follow up on us. Another table had to keep getting up and asking for stuff. We saw a girl in the kitchen with her hair in pony tail but long and without a hairnet that's very gross. Very very disappointed will never be coming to this location ever again
