Driver delivered the pizza and never rang the door or anything. We found the pizza about 45 min later cold and called the store. First girl put me on hold several times without telling me and then the manager Aaron got on the line who is apparently the manager. They said they could not refund and could remake the pizza or give a credit. I called customer service filed the complaint doubt they will do much but did process our refund. Ridiculous service at this location!!!

35min delivery! Called store to manager but will never pick up. Called to "place an order" and was able to get to someone to talk to a manager..Since they ran out of large, they gave me 2 small pizza. which is nice.

I placed an order by phone and when I arrived to pick it up they did not have the order documented.I had to wait another 40 minutes..In total I had to wait 75 minutes to have a pizza..

Immature teens working here. This is my first review ever I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but this chick was RUDE! I did not want to be Complicated at all from the start. The immature looking girl with curly hair and glasses darked skin (manager did not want to provide me her name) was rude from the start I asked for cheese for the CS and she completely threw it there on the food. And went back to asked for a different cheese seasoning because it wasn't the right one (OH! And forgot the mariana sauce) | SIMPLY ASKED for the other seasoning and the sauce, she told me to bring the food back because "they couldn't put it in a container?" (for the seasoning) but other times I went they put it for me in a container. But like Girl it's not that complicated i did not asked for much please teach your employees to stop being so miserable it's not these other peoples fault THEY work there. But again do not come here unless you want a bad experience?Parking: N/A

A hot pizza to start a weekend with family is best. The service at this pizza hut was quick, the soda machine was out of carbon dioxide though, so the sprite I ordered was bland. I asked for an unsweetened tea but it was mostly water. Not bad though for a hot pizza meal when it's cold outside.

It was just as you would expect. They tried to give me the wrong order but they were apologetic and checked on us often. Overall, I would say great service. Mistakes happen but they made it a point to have good service. I would go back.
The quality of the wing sauce has gone down hill, I came for some wings but the sauce was orange translucent which is not what you would normally see with buffalo sauce and it had a goo like texture. The sauce needs to be fixed, next time I’ll go to Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Stop for wings their sauces are much better. In addition of waiting a lengthy wait time, while asking if our order was ready they made us wait longer.

First, I paid for sauce I never received. Sauces are free in other restaurants. I never received the notification that my order was delivered. It was siting outside for some time in the cold. The order was cold. I do not think this was the best service ever.

In my opinion. Pizza Hut has one of the best pizzas around town. It is always hot, flavorful and made quick.
I remember a few years ago being excited to have a Pizza Hut near us…but as the years progressed , the service regressed. The last time we went, we walked in and not greeted. We sat down and waited and waited aaaand waited. The waitress walked passed us a couple of times and didn’t acknowledged us…. So we left never to return.Parking: Since the place is now always empty, you can always count on finding a spot to park!
