Pizza hut used to be the best pizza. I ordered pizza through drive thru a few months ago. The pizza was terrible. Today I decided to give it another chance at another location and picked up a carry out. I'm very disappointed in pizza hut. Terrible pizza. Won't go back

My kiddos were craving a stuffed crust pizza and we couldn’t wait to eat. To our surprise the crust was super thin with barely any cheese, needless to say we were very disappointed because their pizza used to be one of the best.

Customer service is horrendous , they forgot to pack my wings and the kid who said is a manager tried to blame me for not checking my order. GTFOH. This is after he assured me my order was complete . Surprised they haven’t closed pizza hut in El Paso down like they are in bigger cities. Owner hires kids who don’t give a shit

I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut numerous times and have received this item, but not at this location. I asked the young lady for garlic sauce and she gave me “garlic Parmesan sauce” that tasted like Italian dressing. I go back in to get what I asked for and she gets smart saying that, “there’s no Italian dressing in the store and this is garlic sauce ?” I’m not stupid, I know what I was talking about. She needs to check her attitude because it’s distasteful and arrogant.

The food is good but the service is horrible, every time I go all the staff are in the back and they'll see you and no one will help you out. They take forever on having the orders ready even though you have multiple staff working in the back.
