Cedric said it was impossible to change my order 1 minute after placing it bc they already charged me. Which is obviously false since they were able to refund me. Asked for refund bc 1 medium 2 topping is about the same as the 3 treat deal and they didn’t want to change it for me. 2 pizzas breadsticks and cinnamon sticks instead of 1 medium pizza. The store has only one small laminated menu on the counter without pricing. I asked for the deals and he pointed to a sign posted outside that I had to see from outside. During the refund process he smirked and made laughing noises under his breath like I was a joke. Could have got the refund and made my order at a different Pizza Hut but I won’t we going back, dominos got my business and seemed a lot cleaner anyway. Menus and deals should be posted inside with pricing, changing the order was very possible as proven by the refund. Bad environment all together, I’m sorry to complain but lacking customer service and more. Hope the attitude and environment changes for you guys.

Got four personal pan pizzas @ $2ea on Tue. Pizzas were ready as I walked in. I behaved myself and didn't start munching on the drive home. All four were good and made the way we ordered. Will order again next Tuesday

This used to be our go-to place, but the service has declined. Several times now, we go to pick up our order and have to wait another 15 to 25 minutes. They've messed up our orders almost every time, usually getting the wrong type of sauce or missing a topping. This most recent time, when we went to pick up the pizza, we were told that they had to remake it, so we waited an extra 20 minutes. Then we got home, and the pizza wasn't even cooked. The dough was a soggy mess that fell apart, and our wings had almost no sauce.
I ordered on door dash everything over cooked stale no one in the store when I went to pick up made us wait 15 mins plus. Some to find out they over cooked everything and it was for a birthday girl I'm so disappointed.

I ordered lemon pepper French fries and they were cold and soggy looks like only 20 fries in the container and for the price of 4.00 it is definitely not worth the price very disappointed in the quality of food that I received just now pizza wasn’t cold as well
