I was served by Juan who treated me the worst. I went with my son to eat but he didn't want to give me plates and I took the pizza in a box when other people were served there on the table, I won't go again, those are people.

When ordering pizza to take away, the person serving asked me for a tip, I don't think the service is a tip because I ordered takeout, I felt like he got upset, and if 2 customers arrived after me and they gave them their pizza quickly and I was still waiting for the Ask about mine, they had it forgotten there without a box, already cold, and look, I ordered a pizza that was half meat lovers, half pepperoni, look at the super bad photo.

Over worked understaffed. Pizza constantly late or just dont show up apparently. Uses door dash alot, drivers dont care if pizza is last order with there normal ones. Staff rude and unhelpful, had to call customer service to cancel order.

They were good the first three times I ordered but the past 4 or more times they’ve been late and I live down the street from them 10-14 minute driving wise to be exact we ordered the big New Yorker with light sauce and they just didn’t care and showered it with marinara sauce I stopped tipping cause the drivers have been late, lately and I put it in a complain once and all we got was a free pizza in return not all of us are mobile and to drop 12$ more on stuff we don’t want delivered you guys should honor the mistakes and the lateness.

Well, the personal pan pizza was meh...but charging $20 for a parking space? CRAZY!! I couldn't even park there to get the pizza! Why? Because there is a band playing near by?

Worst experience!! Food was 30 min late, they forgot our salad, driver said he would just go pick it up and bring it. Restaurant is exactly 7 min away. It took him 50 min to bring us one salad. Called manager and nothing was done but put us on hold what seemed like forever so he could come back n say they were busy and we needed to wait because driver had to take 3 other orders before bringing our salad. By the time we ate food was cold and pasta was dry, cheese was a solid rock. So disappointed

This Pizza Hut location by UTEP always makes the pizzas great! Their staff is fabulous!

I ordered curbside and I still had to go in and get it. I don't know who it was I spoke to but they said sorry we're gonna be getting rid of curbside anyway.
