I ordered pizza for delivery, I placed around 6:47 pm and didn’t get it so I called at 7:43 and was placed on hold for 7 minutes! I hung up to speak to another pizza and finally got my order at 7:53 pm! A whole hour later after I had ordered! Then we check the pizza and I had ordered a medium pan pizza and a regular pizza and just got 2 burn regular pizzas! Never had this issue, I called them only for them wanting remake my order in 15 minutes but I wanted my refund cuz their boss “the one who does refund isn’t their” and to call the next day. So I’m going to stop by to show him the bad experience I had and return him these pizzas! I literally had to waste more money from somewhere else because my family was hung and I feel sick.

I ordered a pizza from this Pizza Hut and had a really disappointing experience. My pizza came out dry and definitely didn’t have the extra cheese I paid for. I called the store and spoke with an employee named Skylar to get it resolved. Instead of listening to the full issue, he focused only on the cheese part and kept telling me my order “didn’t show extra cheese,” even though that wasn’t the only problem. He became rude and frustrated with me instead of trying to help.
Rather than offering any real customer service, he just pushed the issue back onto Uber and didn’t take responsibility for the quality of the food that came from their kitchen. Very unprofessional and not the kind of service I expect from Pizza Hut. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

We haven’t gone to this location (closest to me) since December because they had “issues with ordering through the app” causing them to have us wait an hour to still no pizza to just getting refunded. That happened twice, once for pick up once for delivery. Today I made an order over the phone for pickup. I only ordered a personal pan pizza for my toddler. The first red flag was when they gave me the pizza it was in a little rectangle box… then when we got home I looked closer and it wasn’t pan crust but more like regular crust and the pizza was pretty square…came to the realization these forkers made a little pizza from breadsticks crust. I called and spoke to the manager but he said his location, the dyer location and the outlet location make their personal pan pizzas on breadstick crust.. wouldn’t give me a refund :( boohoo for me.
Excellent spot. food came out fast for a pizza place and it tastes amazing. i didnt catch a name, but the man working at the counter today ~6:30 was extremely nice, helpful and created a return customer.

Ordered an Alfredo pasta and a meat marinara pasta. Terrible! The pasta had very little sauce. It was mostly pasta with cheese on top. We could not finish them.
