Very unprofessional, unorganized , and straight soppy place. I am a patient person and understand if food restaurants are busy, but this place was neglecting orders and customers. My time being here saw more than 5 returns orders and people complaining. My food hasn’t been brought to me and it’s been more than an hour and half. It’s ridiculous how the service is here and how rude they treat the customers. First and last time coming here. No order food here!!!

Manager was very rude, and didn’t know how to run the computers and was saying vulgar language in front of other. Also needs to fix the system because they’re not “connected” with the app/website; said it was ready in 15 minutes got the food in 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Stop using stupid Door dash. The pizza is always cold, and TAPE THE GOSH DAMN pizza box so your idiots can stop opening and touching the pizza. Unsanitary and disgusting. Management should be ashamed. Papa John's on Fairbanks is way better and the manager is super customer service friendly.

I have ordered from this particular location before. Many times with no problems, some others with mix-ups .
Today I placed an order on my app.
Showed up to pick it up just to find out they had not started it. I was told it would take 15-20 more minutes.
Went to park in the front and walk around with my kiddos.
25 minutes later the lady at the front told me that she didn't know what happened but it was not being made.
She went back and 10 more minutes later told me that it was in the oven.
She confused me because of the time. I can't believe it. She blamed it on the system. Really, why set wrong expectations?
Ma'am, it has been a long time. "Well, when did you place the order?"
She said that it was the apps fault confusing customers with wrong times.
I told her that it was almost an hour.
Her replied:
"Well, yesterday it was 2 hours"
Lol

I've not been to a Pizza Hut in yrs. I remember the salad bars, etc.
I ordered a thin crust special.
After it was done I went straight home, only a mile or so away. I sat down, anticipating an enjoyable meal.
1) the crust was not, let me repeat, NOT crispy. I had a thin crust at Cici's... crispy.
I had a thin crust at Little Caesar's... crispy. I had a thin crust at Domino's... CRISPY!
Pizza Hut thin crust... NOT CRISPY! Not soggy but... saggy & chewy... definitely not crispy!
The staff were ok. Friendly & everything. But the pizza... oh yeah. I almost 4got...
2) the toppings... I should've taken a picture. But I was so hungry & couldn't wait. But the toppings... or rather I should say... the lack there. Still, I should've taken a picture, especially after I picked up a piece & it just laid limp in my hand.
Oh yeah. 1 more thing.
3) I got a small size at Domino's. But pizza hut, I had to get a medium. Which meant I ended up w even more disappointment.
That's all folks.
Oops. Did I happen to mention ADHD which wasn't diagnosed until about age 50? So for the last two decades I've been trying to teach an old doug new trix! A work in progress.
4) Price. It was like almost $18! Yeah. I know. Everything is expensive in our failed economy. But don't worry. Our elected officials in Beijing, DC will soon have us converted over to yen. ? did I say that?

If you order online and go like 30 minutes after your pizza is supposedly ready be ready to waste another hour I hate this place not the first time either last time I use this one just because its close to my house

The pizza is always good but there’s a problem with the app. This is the second time I have tried to order via the app and have our pizza delivered to my second home, and both times it’s been messed up. The first time I ordered for delivery only to wait an hour and called the store to find out what was taking so long, and find it was ordered as a carry out. This time I ensured I put delivery and verified the address I entered, but the delivery driver went to the wrong house. The confirmation has the correct delivery address, but the email listed my primary residence, not my second home which is where I’m at. Papa John’s and Dominos get it right, why can’t Pizza Hut?
