So where'd the 4 ☆☆☆☆ come from? When food, service& atmosphere were given 5 ☆☆☆☆☆Food was good. Staff was friendly and easy to work with when I was ordering and when I went to pick up. Place was clean & empty (my preference) I went around at nightNot sure how Google or Pizza Hut track the phone number for each restaurant and which location the inbound call is coming from. But there is a problem.I called from Google maps. Placed my order. The telephone rep repeated the order and ended with my pick up will be ready at a completely different location. I was confused about it. So was he. I don't think he's from this city. I explained it was the which location on Google I called from. He said oh no worries, I'll transfer you to where your order is at and you can update the location with them. So I got transferred. Told the lady about the confusion. She said she'd cancel my order and transfer me to the location I wanted. I got transferred. The call dropped. I called the number on Google again. Again John answered. I explained the cancel & asked if he could put the same order in for 5505 Montana. He did. I arrived. Pizza was ready, but my order wasn't updated with the special I was given that came with a soda. The Lady was super cool about it. She said I'm sorry for all the confusion and jumping around. I'll still honor the soda. She gave No hassle. Just quick, smooth and easy and everybody super friendly through it all.Even though the problem was more technical with the number issue tied to the Google profile and confusion of location with John the telephone guy, jumping through the loops to get some late night Pizza couldn't have gone more smoothly without their friendly attitudes and easy accommodation

Walked and did not se anyone for 20 minutes. Employee finally came out from the back only to answer the phone. Employee did not address me despite standing in front of her at the register. We walked out. If the employee did not want to be at work she should go

I was asked by pizza hut to leave a review for my incorrect order. Seems like the wrong thing to ask for, but if you insist.I received my order with wrong toppings and extra sauce when asked for light sauce. Pan pizza also seemed undercooked. Very doughy in the center. As far as atmosphere goes, I hate the new restaurant doctors office looks. The food never seemed to be bad or incorrect when it was down the street and still a hut.

I wish I could give zero stars. Pizza Hut really went downhill. Especially this one on Montana. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. The delivery took longer than they said it would and when the pizza was delivered the box was open and there was no cheese sticks. The pizza had no pepperoni and was way over cooked. It was like chewing cardboard!! And I tried to contact the store and they would either hang up and or be put on hold for over 20 minutes. Never going here again. Please if you value your money don’t eat here. The food and service is horrible. I wish I had something positive about them but I don’t. I’ve never had pizza that bad ???

I went to this location for the first time today and I was very pleased with the experience! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was bright with sunlight, in a good way because of it's glass walls. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The nice girl who took our order said that people like to go there for the peace and quietness. Overall it was a great experience and the food was so delicious! I highly recommend this Pizza Hut!

Nice small pizza place. They make the pizza very good all of the times I have been there. It's a little bit pricey, but worth it I think. The establishment is always kept clean when I have been there. The staff is friendly.
Pizza hut coming out strong with their wing game!! Love me some sweet chili sauce!! Yes!! And that original pan crust extra cheese meat lovers pizza is no joke!!!
