We placed an order via the Pizza Hut app. After over an hour of waiting, we checked the status of the order only to find out that the order was marked “delivered” over 40 minutes ago! We called this location as this is where our delivery was coming from and were told that we could get a refund for our order. We’ve still not received a refund, nor have we received a follow up from the manager as promised.
I called my bank and disputed the charge today since I could not get any of their “customer service” representatives to assist me (they just directed me to call back to this location who have been no help). I gave you guys plenty of time to make this right, now you can deal with my bank.
Also, we used to place an order nearly every week from this location and have been a let down. Three strikes and you’re out. We will never spend another penny at this Pizza Hut or ANY other Pizza Hut for that matter. Everyone out pizzas the HUT! Good riddance!
Clearly you train your delivery drivers to mark orders as delivered well before the actual delivery in order to keep the big bosses happy with your adherence - they need to look into this as I can’t be the only one who has complained.

We order delivery.. an hr later and still no food, called the establishment and said it was on the way and the delivery driver had a few orders with him and that it usually takes that long!! Ok, no problem we waited another 45 min so I went to check outside, they left my order on a table without knocking the door, it looks like someone had already had a piece of the pizza because it was missing 2 pieces and one was bitten half way!!! Not to mention everything was cold!! I called them back right away about 4 times and no one picked up the phone!! 1st & last time ordering from here!!

I had such a good time at Pizza Hut! The pizza was exactly what I wanted hot and loaded with flavor. But honestly, what made the visit even better was Aaron and Ginger. They were super nice, really easy to talk to, and made sure everything was perfect without overdoing it. It just felt comfortable and enjoyable the whole time. Great food and great people, I’d definitely give this place 5 stars.

I usually order from the Zaragoza location however they often have long wait times. I decided to try out the new eastlake location and was not disappointed! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered, but most important was the amazing customer service. Ginger went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my meal. I’ve avoided Pizza Hut for years because it was never the same but today I was blown away! Other restaurants in the area have pizza on the menu but lately it has been a miss I found my go to place today can’t wait to go back!
