Ordered from pizza hut 6110 dyer, only to treated horribly and extremely unprofessional by Lupe, the store manager, I've yet to experience such hostility from management... and when called back, her attitude was even worse, disgusted by her whole being as a manger... smh.. from a business to another, I'll never order from there again to feed my team...

The manager is AWSOME, I’m so dumb(I’m also disabled) I’m not usually the one that orders or picks up. Hubby is unavailable at the moment and I didn’t know I had to go in the email to click I’m here! so I’m sitting there for 15 mins waiting for my already ready food. Lol so I walked in and the nice manger walked my pizza out. Manager did not make me feel dumb either he was so kind. I had called customer service and the lady was rude I mentioned I did a curbside pick up and she said they don’t have curbside available.. and hung up when I mentioned this to the manager he apologized but it was no fault of his own! Or his employees.

Why is a large pepperoni pizza more expensive than a 1 topping stuffed crust pizza? The clerk was awesome, polite, fast service, and delightful personality.The prices are ridiculous which is why I have ordered Pizza Hut in years, but my kids wanted stuffed crust.I prefer the local pizza prices and taste over the big brands

Ordered a pizza 12:20 pizza got here at 1:00 but that's not the problem there wasn't one I was appreciated to get a pizza this late and then to top it off there was elderly lady working that late awh she was so sweet and kind and patient the pizza was also made with absolute love even at this hour I appreciate it because this is my family's breakfast TY PIZZA HUT TEAM

Ordered pizza this late at night. Pizza was Delicious, and I'm grateful they didn't do a lazy job for being a close to closing time order. I did not get the delivery lady's name but she was very sweet.

I liked the way Jose helped and communicated with me about a coupon special. He was very kind and helpful. I would have given this location a 5 star rating but the boneless chicken wings were very small and little portions. However, the customer service Jose provided was absolutely exceptional!!
Online order was paid for and was a curbside order. Was charged again and given the wrong order.

Ordered a Togo order online with curbside pickup, they never brought my food out, went in to find it sitting in the warmer and had ask for my order, even though I sat in the curbside parking for 15 mins waiting for the food. So no point in curbside pickup!

They always take for ever to deliver. Estimated time always changes and every time I order there's some sort of issue. It is not a one time thing and that is what made me write the review for the location on Dyer.

I tried ordering delivery, but was not offered, so I placed an order online. I get there and first off customer service was bad and our order was not ready at pick up time. We had to wait for a salad to be made for over 10 minutes while our pizza sat there. So total wait time was 22 minutes. Not going back to this location.
