Came here once and never again. Ordered online for pickup and was completely ignored when standing at the counter by the two working there. One person seemed like the manager because he was ordering the other person around very angrily. I actually felt like the manager person could lash out at me at any moment. Took me about 5-10 min to get my pizza which was already done and just sitting in a box. No wonder this place is always empty.

I ordered two melts. A chicken Parmesan, meat lovers and a garden salad. The food was fresh, hot and so good. The delivery guy was on time and amazing. Professional. The employee that helped me over the phone with my order provided above and beyond excellent guest service the best I have ever had. Her name is Anna. Super nice, respectful, polite and made sure my order was right. Repeated my over several times. I had to call because the online ordering was messing up but her guest service was amazing. A great employee and we need more employees like her and people in general like her. I love this location and is the best.Anna keep up the great work. You are amazing. Thank you. A++++++

The place was empty, it took 40 minutes to deliver me a pepperoni pizza, they had not processed the order, it really seemed like they were on drugs, I asked for chili and cheese and waited for 5 minutes at the counter and the employee never came back, TERRIBLE

Placed an order to feed my peers for lunch at our meeting, received these burned pizzas. We were on a time crunch and had no choice but to eat around what we could and even had to order food from elsewhere. When I returned to the store to see what we could do to resolve this because I’m obviously upset about paying over $100 for burnt pizzas, they tell me they can’t do a refund and I have yet to hear from the GM despite being told he would reach out. I’m very disappointed, the business I work for usually orders here for meetings and events but we will be looking elsewhere moving forward. I couldn’t even get a resolution. I do not recommend, bad business and obviously bad pizzas and employee training.

NEW REVIEW!i'm not sure if they have had a management change recently, however they are doing a great job with the pizzas now and if there are any mistakes they are very quick to make it right. I appreciate the hard work!(OLD REVIEW BELOW)Pizza arrived undercooked and mozzarella sticks were soggy and cold. Ordered two pastas but the meaty marinara was not included. When you call the number you get an automated system... bad service and I dont understand Why I even bothered ordering from here again.

What is going on !!!! This is not a genuine Pizza Hut place . ..... what kind of cheese are they using !!! Is it real cheese? Apparently there is no 101 on training people on how to prepare pizza so it keeps the integrity of the Brand Name (. "Pizza Hut" ) all across the board it is bad starting with product, not to mention service ! They should just close this place dwn ! Only reason I put a star, was it wouldn't accept my review without rating it.

This business’ staff treats their employees with no thought. Employees are blamed for their manager’s doings (manager who was fired 4 times beforehand, drinks on the job, and makes employees uncomfortable) a situation that happened recently made an employee ,who is my good friend, quit because of something that happened because of this manager’s wrong leadership and themself, was blamed, and the head manager is well aware of his wrong doings and does nothing about his actions. Your employees should be treated with respect and held accountable for their actions if they WERE THE ONES RESPONSIBLE. Deal with your employees so you don’t lose any more. The way you treat employees reflects on the quality of your food. I will no longer be dining at this restaurant.
