Me and my wife got food poisoning last night, we ate at the premises, there was a hair in the pizza, I wonder what sanitary rules they follow. will never visit again. I will report to food inspectors. cashier charged $1.00 more than prices displayed on menu, stating prices on menu were obsolete. did not make a a big deal out of it. Look for other locations

Dined in wasn't given silverware right away messed up the pizza order only to remake it and serve us raw doughy pizza no refills didn't check up on us they really dropped the ball it wasn't just the server it was the entire staff chain places have really gone downhill I don't recommend this location under any circumstances stay away save your money dine somewhere else.

I strongly recommend that anyone placing an order with this store double-check to ensure all items are included. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but here's my experience: I picked up my order and drove off. When I later opened the box, I realized the "boneless wings" were missing; and neither pepper nor napkins were included. Since this was a take-out order and I didn’t receive any service, I didn’t leave a tip. It made me wonder if this might be a tactic to automatically include a tip charge.

I tried their vegetable pasta and chocolate donut bites, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The pasta was fantastic, packed with a generous amount of vegetables and topped with a perfectly cheesy crust that added just the right amount of richness. The donut bites were enjoyable, but I found myself wishing for that ooey-gooey center to elevate them to the next level.

This Pizza Hut location is very clean and comfortable. There are several tables for dining in, and the front counter is well stocked with beverages. My order was promptly taken and very cordial. I ordered a New York style with just pepperoni. Given our inflationary economy, the price was more economical than other competitors, and the pepperoni was of good value (not the greasy stuff some offer). Overall, the pizza was good, and I would recommend giving it a try. Thanks.

They left the pizza on the porch for an hour and never rang the door bell, called, or knocked on the door. Called them and they were very rude about our complaint and didn't want to replace the oder or anything

Our order was already ready and they left it for takeout service. We had to go up and ask. There is no staff attention nor do they ask for your purchase receipt or come to your table. I asked the girl for parmesan and chili and she wanted to charge me, until I told her to give me the jars on the table, the ones they always put on them, and then she gave them to me and said oh yeah, sorry. We had to ask for plates, forks, etc., all by approaching the counter. Summary: IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE.
Walked in to this Pizza Hut across from Franklin high school to place an order and was amazed on how clean the dining room was and the customer service from Yousif , I got exactly what I ordered and food was awesome.. thank you for helping me pull off dinner… I’ll definitely be back .. thank you… Mata Family!
