Ordered for delivery and chose contactless delivery. When the driver showed up, he placed my food at the doorstep, went back to his car, and about 10 minutes later, came back to my door and took the pizza. I was in the shower when this was taking place, but caught it all on my Ring camera. I tried calling the store, but was routed to an “escalation” center where I attempted to cancel my order since the driver took my food. I have no idea what the issue was with the driver, but to have paid for food, have it delivered, and then taken away 10 minutes later is inexcusable.

I paid for a large pizza and got a medium. When i called to notified the business they told e they were too busy to help me. I had to call corporate to complain.
The phone service? I was just on hold for 1 minute, and the phone call lasted 10 minutes when I wanted one pizza, and some dessert. Every second there was upselling asking me if I wanted pasta, double breadsticks, when I repeatedly said no. The Little Caesars down the road has better service than this. Please, don’t upsell every single second, and yes, quickly state location and a deal. Then move on. Please and thank you.

The service tonight 11/19/23 @ 7:30 I placed my order for a melt and some fries online, I picked up at the time the orders indicated . I paid and was told to wait in front of the store because my order wasn't ready. After 20 more minutes of waiting I went in and was told my food was still in the oven so I asked to cancel and a manager came out and refunded with our asking why or what caused the cancellation. No consideration for peoples time and didn't even get an apology, just a receipt. Heads up to AYVAZ LLC for poor performance

Ordered delivery, and I normally don’t have an issue. Tonight the driver decided to toss my food on the doorstep, ring the doorbell, and leave. I called the store to tell the manager this, and she disregarded my concerns saying I chose “contactless delivery”. But I never did and never have. The point was how my food got delivered. It was tossed, I have a recording of it happening. So to disregard my concern and simply not actually address the issue speaks volumes. I guess Pizza Hut doesn’t care about their customers any more, which is a shame. Used to love it.

A disappointment compared to other Pizza Hut orders. The pizza appearance was good, but it had minimal flavor. I came in when it was indicated to be ready in the app, yet it was already sitting in a glass doored storage unit. Needless to say, by the time the employee got off the phone and gave me the pizza, it was just warm. Besides not being flavorful, it had only a scant amount of Marinara sauce. When I asked for pepper and cheese packets, I was told there would be an extra $1 plus charge per packet. Maybe just this location is subpar. The quality is definitely down and the prices are up. It will be awhile before I try Pizza Hut again.
I enjoy Pizza Hut once in a while. It never disappoints. It is even better when they have good specials!!
