I worked at this Peter Piper location on 5700 n desert blvd, El Paso Tx 79912 for 2 1/2 years in which all that time I had to deal with comparison and degrading And being told all the time that I am easily replaceable, and that they don't need me from the general manager Leo Galvez. It even occurred one time when I had asked him what blanks do I cut down and his response was " your veins". this should never be a joke, regarding you never know how someone's mental can be. One little comment like that can affect a person mentally, and physically. I had enough when he made a comment regarding my mother saying she doesn't deserve to live. This is nowhere close to the behavior he should be having as a general manager. He does not know how to act, nor how to respect his employees and he doesn't deserve to be a general manager if he talks to his employees like this. I'm really hoping Peter Piper Pizza Company does something about this.
