really love poke bowls and have been to this place a few times, but unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing. Every time I go in, there’s a girl working who rushes us as soon as we walk in, asking if we’re ready before we even have a chance to look at the options. It feels rushed and uncomfortable, especially when trying to customize a bowl.On my most recent visit, she didn’t acknowledge me at all she started preparing a drive-thru order and just began talking without even saying a word to me, so I was left standing there unsure if she was speaking to me or someone else.

Food was good, but the girl helping us was super rude and unprofessional. I went with my sister yesterday to get lunch a few minutes after they opened. We really hadn’t been there so we were going over the menu and the girl helping us, I believe her name was Gala from my receipt, seemed bothered we weren’t ready. Finally when we were she made sure to take her time before helping us out and while we were ordering she had such a huge attitude. No customer service, not friendly in any way shape or form. She seemed bothered the entire time we were ordering. Her attitude and vibe were so bad we decided just to eat in my car.

I ordered the surf & turf which comes with beef and shrimp and the last served me FROZEN shrimp. I returned to the restaurant to let them know and she said “oh yeah the shrimp is frozen”
Why would you give a customer frozen shrimp to consume??
She proceeded to hand me back the bowl as if I was going to eat the frozen shrimp. Please do better.

I really used to love this place. However, over the years, the prices have gone up, the service has gone down, and the poke is still average. I hope they improve and become a lasting part of the community. Given the empty tables during my 1 hour stay, I’m not so sure this location will stay afloat.

The food was absolutely amazing, but unfortunately, the service was incredibly disappointing. The experience was marred by rude and unprofessional customer service, which made it very unpleasant.

I am impressed at the portion and the price. I had 3 scoops and came out to $15. Wide variety of toppings. The restaurant and serving is clean. I had spicy tuna and spicy salmon. They were fresh along with all the other toppings. They need for recognition. Also have a drive thru! Extremely convenient.
Dietary restrictions: They have Tofu and mushrooms for vegetarian, chicken and steak for those that dont like fish.
When I walked in, the TVs that display the menu were turned off and when I asked about it, I was given a dirty physical copy of the menu that the employees refer to while making the bowls. The employee that helped me was clearly being pulled in multiple directions as he took both in-person and mobile orders by himself. It also appears he was improperly trained as he constantly referred to the piece of paper he made me give back to him and because he severely under filled both my $13 bowl and my $8 smoothie despite the outrageous cost I paid for the little amount I received. I would not recommend dining here to anyone.

Never again . I recieved promos by email today so we thought we'd get dinner there. Not only were they rude but they refused to honor their own promotion. Their reason behind it was the new owners. If that's the case why send out the email today!
