Food is good, but I don’t think i’d go out of my way to come here again…

and another $7 for a single onigiri

Really disappointed this time around… everything just tasted really bad. The fish was off. The pineapple tastes old, same for the cucumber. I’m not sure what’s happened…. I’ve been here before around when it first opened and it was delicious! Aside from the food, the service was really good, the guy was really nice.

Just ordered from this location on Uber Eats and was very disappointed and upset due to the fact I paid for extra toppings and sauces and none were given with the order!!!! Do better and pay attention!!! Waste of money!!! Smh

Was really disappointed this time around. I’ve been coming since 2021 and LOVED it. Now it seems so empty, the atmosphere feels empty and uncared for. Got a medium bowl and was super excited to enjoy it come to find out their out of soooo many things. Usually I can look past it and get a replacement but today they were even out of my replacements. The gentleman was super nice and kind but it’s just not what it used to be anymore. I also think the cucumbers are bad? Had the cucumber salad and cucumbers as a mix in and they tasted absolutely disgusting. For the price you pay I’d expect higher quality. I’d hate to see this place close down… it just needs better management and better attention to details

Ordered here from uber, bowl was missing half of ordered ingredients. Seems like employees just threw something together. Called to notify employees of situation. They weren’t much of a help. Employee said “well do you want to come up here and pick up the rest of the ingredients?”. First time eating here, and don’t think I’ll be eating here again any time soon. Matcha didn’t have boba either, and taste like spoiled milk.

During lunch time the restaurant does not have all of the protein offered in the menu, maybe keep track of inventory to prevent this from happening. Other than this it seems to be a great place to eat.

Both orders wrong. Delivered via Uber. Asked for double shrimp as I’m pregnant and can’t eat raw fish. They literally just made the same bowl twice for my husband and I. First time trying this place and sadly disappointed

It’s so frustrating how they’re always out of MAIN ingredients!! What even is the point of having this place open? It doesn’t even matter what time you go either. What’s worse is how unapologetic the employees are. We are finally giving up on this place smh!
