It’s so frustrating how they’re always out of MAIN ingredients!! What even is the point of having this place open? It doesn’t even matter what time you go either. What’s worse is how unapologetic the employees are. We are finally giving up on this place smh!

The protein was tasteless and possibly mixed with other type/s of fish. Had the spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and scallop and did not taste great. Do not recommend! They were also out of various items and the soda fountain wasn’t working.

One of the best Poke places in all of El Paso, but it has gone WAY downhill. They didn't have a lot of options on the menu, the guy acted like we were BOTHERING him. There was no one there, but yet there was dirty tables and the trash was completely filled. Not to mention the portions sizes went down but the prices when up?!? LASTLY they ask you to tip on top of all of that. You all need new management or owners.. this place could be awesome.

7/16 about 2:30. First time at Poke Bar but workers were very helpful guiding me through the process of building your own bowl. Got the small bowl which is actually plenty. Comes with rice, two proteins (spicy tuna and shrimp), and plenty of sides and add-ons to choose from. Taste and freshness are outstanding. Also had the Musubi. Taste was good but spam had a dry texture and too much rice, also missing the teriyaki/soy bath on the spam. Would definitely come back

very sweet cashier ! she guided my friend & i through the poke bowl building process . the amount of toppings/ dressings you get is generous & you get two scoops of protein even for the small. overall, the menu is simple but it works :)

I once came here about a year ago and I made the worst poke bowl.... Today I decided to give it another chance and i made the best bowl ever with spicy tuna and salmon on white rice with cucumbers and with fried onions and spicy mayo and eel sauce!! It felt like eating a bowl of sushi! so good. Highly recommend. Its all about how you make your bowl

Been here TWICE and they don’t have all that is on the menu. First time we came, understandable. But second time, SAME thing! And they were MULTIPLE items out, I tried to settle for something else but they didn’t even have the two proteins! It’s good, IF they have it.

Best customer service EVER! If you’re looking for a new poke spot try this poke. I tried a small bowl with white rice, shrimp, chicken, and added some veggies and a sauce mixture they recommended very delicious. I also tried the Udon Noodles which were so good as well. 10/10 would

I ordered delivery from this location. The order was completely botched. They put ingredients that were supposed to be in one bowl on another or just didn’t bother to put the ingredients at all. I paid for avocado and didn’t get it at all. We also ordered hand rolls, but received something else. I’m not quite sure what it was, but it definitely wasn’t a hand roll and it was not good. Don’t order delivery from here, you won’t get what you order. I added a picture of what was supposed to be hand rolls.
