Was really disappointed this time around. I’ve been coming since 2021 and LOVED it. Now it seems so empty, the atmosphere feels empty and uncared for. Got a medium bowl and was super excited to enjoy it come to find out their out of soooo many things. Usually I can look past it and get a replacement but today they were even out of my replacements. One of the best Poke places in all of El Paso, but it has gone WAY downhill.
They didn't have a lot of options on the menu, the guy acted like we were BOTHERING him. There was no one there, but yet there was dirty tables and the trash was completely filled. Not to mention the portions sizes went down but the prices when up?!? LASTLY they ask you to tip on top of all of that.
You all need new management or owners.. this place could be awesome.

7/16 about 2:30. First time at Poke Bar but workers were very helpful guiding me through the process of building your own bowl. Got the small bowl which is actually plenty. Comes with rice, two proteins (spicy tuna and shrimp), and plenty of sides and add-ons to choose from. Taste and freshness are outstanding. Also had the Musubi. Taste was good but spam had a dry texture and too much rice, also missing the teriyaki/soy bath on the spam. Would definitely come back
