I put in an online order on the app and waited 10 minutes before I went to the window because I know they usually take some time to do the order. Then I am told to wait and 2 people who ordered at the window waited but got their order before me. I waited 20 minutes before pulling back to the window and they tell me because I ordered online that my order isn't ready because it has to be made to order. That made no sense because I already waited 30 minutes and they swore they had no more chicken and had to start more because I ordered online. Then they wanted to argue that it was because of the online order that they didn't have chicken and we would need to wait an additional 20 minutes if we wanted the food. Horrible service and they decided to be rude on top of it

The soda taste like someone dropped a lipstick in there I got a Dr Pepper and That’s the best way I can describe the after taste.

The manager is a very good person and their workers are very professional and kind people they help me with an order I was having trouble with and did it nicely and proficient

Went through the drive thru today around 7:45 pm and the employee was extremely rude. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to order. When I hot to the window she still had a bad attitude. She charged us and asked us to move forward and closed tbe window. I did not receive a receipt so when she came out with the food I asked if the receipt was in the bag. She mumbled something as she walked away after we asked for tbe receipt. When she was done delivering another order to the other car we asked her for the receipt. Before we could finish she rudely cut us off and said she was getting it. She brought us a receipt but not the one I needed to submit for rewards. Once I got home and took the food out it was wrong. I paid extra for mac n cheese and got red beans that were disgusting. My boyfriends Mac n cheese wasn't even half way full. Then I had aaked for a breast and a leg and was given a thigh amd leg. Food was cold amd not good. I've been trying to call and the phone seems to be forwarded and says the number can't take messages because the mailbox has no been set up. Total waste of money!

The manager was very rude and did not acknowledge us even when we were standing at the register. The tables were dirty. The employee seemed rushed when she was taking our order.

Left cause they didn’t have change for $100 my change would’ve been $80. This is at almost 2 in the afternoon and they don’t have at least $80 in the store? Employee looked at me said they couldn’t help

I visited Popeyes to pick up an Uber Eats order and was asked to wait while the food was being prepared. During the wait, I politely requested to use the restroom but was told it was only for customer use. I explained that I was there on behalf of a customer and was currently waiting due to the delay in the order, but the MANAGER still denied access.
While I understand store policies, I believe delivery drivers should be extended basic courtesies, especially when delays occur. After all, we play a role in serving your customers too. A little flexibility and understanding would go a long way in creating a more supportive environment for delivery partners.

The manager should not be sighing in frustration in front of customers because I requested I refund for waiting a good while for the order, she was very rude when approaching the situation insisting that they would get the food when I had requested the refund, I decided to leave without the food and without the refund. Thank you for nothing, never again.

There were four people working, and yet it took me 8-10 mins wait for combo meal, and i had to wait another minute because they forgot the gravy. Service was so slow eventhough there was only customer inside. I been to a different popeye and it tasted better than this location.
went to throw some trash in the dumpster so i don’t litter. never would have thought everyone had to come out to check up like if it was murder. they need to chill it’s not the northeast
