The food was old. Was given a box that was falling apart. They don't give you actual tenders, just pieces.

The server at the drive thru lacked good service. The Mac and cheese was old and burnt and the serving wasn't even full! And I'm scared the chicken is oigein because the pieces are tiny!!!

The soda machine was out, the chicken strips were cold, and they only accepted cash.

The service is very slow and another thing: you arrive at 8:40 pm and the lobby is already closed

Made me wait 5 minutes just to tell me they were closed. They closed 20 minutes before stated closing time. Would love it if they changed times and told everyone the real time they stop doing business. If it closes at 10:30 change the times and dont hve the big open sign turned on.

I went to this Popeyes tonight to get my family a backup meal which consisted of 2 blackened tender combos and 1 3 piece chicken combo. I waited for 10 minutes for my two blackened tender combos to be completed. Not a problem at all. I was very shocked to find my 3 piece combo was completely dried out, like it had been under a heat lamp for 20 minutes or more. This is highly unacceptable. Why you might ask? The workers at this location focus more on their social lives than actually making quality food at least two hours before closing. If you look at this and other reviews you will see a pattern. It might be time for new managerial leadership. I’m just saying.

I went through drive thru and saw an advertisement for the festive family box for:$20. I ordered it and the girl who answered said that they had the tender box. I let them know that their sign was still up. Then a guy said oh we don't have that anymore. I said ok and I ordered my food. I speak English very well. When I got to the window to pay he asked ifbmy sides were beans and rice? I said no it's mashed potatoes and I let the guy know that this was the first time I've ever had any issues with this place. And he was a bit rude when he said that he was making sure he got the order right. Well if the employees didn't switch off when I was ordering it wouldn't have been an issue. And I heard the girl say something after he took my card. I did ask for their names it was Jacky and Joshua. I wasn't even upset that they were false advertising I didn't appreciate the way they assumed I was mad for the false advertisement.

I don't particularly expect a lot from customer service in El Paso. Around 840pm my husband and I went to this location and we're told they only had enough chicken for a regular 8 piece meal. My husband has really terrible allergies and is all stuffed up while ordering. Maybe he sounded mean over the speaker. We got to the window, the girl took his card, passed it back, gave us the food. The only words she spoke to him were the total. She abruptly shut the window in my husband's face as he thanked her. Like I said, I don't expect a lot... I do expect common decency. Additionally, there were only 7 pieces of chicken and the coleslaw was frozen and a whole inch from the lid.

I went threw the drive thru Dec 15 at 9:50pm ish with a little over an hour before they close. I ordered a spicy and ghost peper sandwich and they said they had no chicken for any of the sandwich options. Typically I don't write reviews bc I like to give people the benifit of the doubt, however this happens everytime I come to this location. I always end up going to the montwood location wich is way further out of the way but always have everything on hand at any hour. This location is disappointing. Maybe they did run out or are to lazy to get some more going, either way it blows.

I ordered BONELESS wings and they charged me and gave me bone wings. So mad and disappointed, never coming again, lady at the counter wasn't even attentive nor offered stellar customer service. Staff was unprofessional. So glad I ordered myself three things since I figured this would happen.

I recently encountered an issue with my order, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to a wonderful gentleman named Pedro “P.” He truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. Despite the mistake not being his fault, he worked diligently to resolve the situation, and I left with a smile thanks to his efforts. I genuinely appreciate his kindness and dedication—he truly exemplifies the best in customer service. Thank you, Pedro, for making a difference!

It’s always a disappointment in this location, I don’t know why I keep going back. This time I ordered 16pc family meal which they made me wait for 15minutes. I tried to order Mac and cheese and they said they were out for the night and it’s just 7pm. I drive 15minutes to get home just to find out they only put 9pcs and 6 biscuits. I call and they tell me to go back for the missing food. I tell them no I just want the refund for what they didn’t give me and just charge what I received and they say I still have to go in the store. Last time I buy from this location!
