Employees will tell you to park and wait in the parking lot, where they forget about you! I had to get off my car after waiting for 15 minutes when i was told it was gonna take 7 minutes. Then i had to wait another 5 minutes inside and still had to ask for Bbq which i asked for on the thrive trough! Management or some employees need to get fired and sht it seems they don’t know wth are they doing

Insanely slow. Even when ordering online ahead of time. Ordered at 1:55 pm, still waiting at 2:20 pm… waited a total of 30mins!!! No apology. I have seen 3 other cars in drive thru get their orders before me

I really loved the tenders here, the chicken is super delicious, juicy and they are also super cronchi, obviously I ordered them spicy and that spicy flavor also makes it different. I ordered Buffalo sauce and a sweet and hot one, it is very delicious, sweet date, those tenders are really good. They are well filled, I recommend you go for chicken here. I am not a chicken lover but I really liked it. Give it a chance. It was 30 dollars in 12 tenders but really super big. 4 biscuits, by the way, very delicious, freshly made, and mashed potatoes with gravy, which is also It was super delicious at about 4 and right now as I write this at 9:30 pm I'm still full I would return without hesitation I'll leave you photos I took

The parking lot is very tight here, as well as, their drive thru, they can be slow at times but the chicken has always been served to me well prepared and tasty, I gave the atmosphere a 2 star, because the workers here always seem unhappy, just completely joyless and it reflects in the way they speak to you, this is a fair place for a quick lunch, enjoy ?

Do not order delivery from this place. We as a family orders, wings. Fries and shrimp popcorn ask for and paid for extra sauce as in ranch. Ketchup and tartar, the order got here an hour and 10 minutes. With not one packet of ketchup not one packet of ranch Worst of all, there was no target sauce for the popcorn Shrimp and when I called to complain, they said. Oh wow, we can't fix it. It was a delivery. Do not order delivery from this place. Worst delivery experience ever.

Was stranded in El Paso due to a flight cancellation & aircraft maintenance. Originally wanted delivery, however, for this area there were little to no delivery options available from 5pm to 9pm. Thus ended up ordering for pick up via UberEats. On the UberEats app it states if the dining area isn’t open you’ll need to proceed thru the drive-thru. Also, you can pickup your order at the counter and do not wait in line behind the other customers. Arrived at 7pm for pickup. Went to door and there was a guy at the door that stated the restaurant was closed. Checked closing time against the info online, on the UberEats app and door. All stated it’s open to 10pm. That’s when I seen the note about the inconvenience as they are remodeling. Wish it/they also mentioned they were remodeling the front lobby area anywhere besides the door of the establishment! Decide to walk around to drive thru where I was told I could pick up there. How uncouth are they to have you pickup your meal via the drive thru without a vehicle! This establishment should do better with communication/updates.By the time I walked back to my hotel my food was cold and I was irritated. Food was nothing to remember. They also forgot my fries which was part of my chicken meal. Thanks El Paso Popeyes on Montana the experience was one to write about.

Management is terrible there...food just so-so...portions are smaller but prices went up...can't fill up here without spending $20 or more so might as well go to a sit down restaurant.
