Horrible MANAGEMENT! We had issues with our order twice in a row and “lady” manager makes false promises, she asked to bring back the order for the 2nd time!!!! So that they can remake it and on purposely they undercooked it, did not put sauce on the wings and only gave us 18 wings out of the 30 wings we had ordered! Service is extremely slow, management is incompetent and food is NEVER cooked properly! They never get orders right, the first 3 times we ignored it but 5-6 times in a row that just shows how INCOMPETENT the “so called female general manager is”
Owner of this franchise, you need to replace or retrain your staff as they are not performing effectively and the manager is not making sure that good service, fresh food, and efficiency is being established at your restaurant!!! We went inside the facility, and there was no one, employees are kicking back and nobody is doing their jobs! No wonder service is always slow through the drive through and orders TAKE LONG to be ready!!!

I love this Popeyes location they knows what I likes. I placed an via the app for delivery and the delivery driver (Micheal) didn't deliver my order. I drove In and they hooked a sista up. Thank you!

I had a very pleasant experience getting food from this Popeye's location! I ordered the shrimp basket, with a mango lemonade, and everything tasted great! The young lady that took my order through the drive-thru was also very kind, which made the experience even better!

I went there on Friday at 9:35 to get a 12pc meal with the two large sides and I was very disappointed with what I got, they left half of a whole chicken in the box and I had ask for no breast they gave me 5 breast in the box . They didn’t even bother to cut the pieces of chicken away from one another.
