Very rude and unprofessional manager give u dirty looks. No one in the front register all employees in the back of the store with no one to help get orders

They should do something with the employees of this place, they give you the order wrong and, worse, they do not give you your exact change.

They made me move forward in drive thru to wait on my order, they said it would only take 4 minutes. They completely forgot about it and ended waiting 30 minutes instead. Had to go inside to ask for my order and they were lost about it, it was ridiculous to wait that much for a chicken sandwich combo.

They said they have no mac and cheese. Chicken is always old and they never have Mac and cheese. Terrible

I went to go pick up an online order and once I entered the store the lady behind the counter was standing leaning against the cash register gossiping with a woman on my side. No order was being made, they were just talking about another worker. My order was already ready sitting behind her on the counter.

I was not acknowledged whatsoever and waited roughly 5 minutes for them to stop gossiping. Once I was finally acknowledged the woman was short and passive-aggressive. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience for being there and quickly handed me my order which was getting cold on the counter behind her.

I honestly believe she was discriminating against me for either my race or gender. Her entire demeanor changed once she had to talk to me. I will not be making another order to this establishment.

Drive thru cashier told us she’d be with us shortly. Took 10 minutes to get back and we say what we want and get told you will have to wait 15 minutes because the chicken isn’t ready. The drive thru cashier should’ve said that in the beginning instead of having us wait there.

Liked their food before, but this time it was very disappointing. Ordered fried chicken, both regular and spicy, and both were extremely bland and without any flavor. Their cole slaw was very disappointing too. The only things that were acceptable were the chicken sandwiches my kids ate and the biscuits. Will probably not be back in a very long time.

Order to ho the mango tea was water. Tye chicken was over cooked extremely slow service 10minutes waiting. got to work and food was nasty chicken over cooked extremely dry and frys where soggy I always go there but something is going in at this store justo have exelent service 🙃😒please fix it we love to go there me snd a few of my friends have had this problem for a couple of weeks

There’s nothing worse than getting home, ready to eat, and realizing your food is burnt. When I brought it up, the young lady told me that’s just how it looks, so I chose not to argue.

However, there was a clear difference between the shrimp and the chicken. The chicken tasted awful—like it had either been dropped back into the fryer or cooked far too long. It was overdone and not enjoyable at all.

I have to say I never been to a Popeyes where I DIDNT have to ask for ketchup. lol I mean if I am ordering fries this should be automatic. And that simple gesture got them 5 stars from me!

The cashier was so rude. You can tell she didnt want to be there. And the restaurant was freezing cold. Way too cold to dine in. And the chicken was a little burnt/dry.
