I had to cancel my order because of the manager in charge had made issues and I don’t trust this team with my food they discuss me to the point I can’t buy food in this store anymore

By far the worst Popeyes location I’ve ever encountered. Waited 30 minutes just for two spicy combos and the order still was wrong. No one was in the store so the wait time made no sense. If I hadn’t have gone in i would probably still be waiting on my order.

Very disappointed with this location. Staff is hard of hearing and are extremely slow. All looked hungover.
The purpose of mobile or online ordering is to pickup once arrived. Chicken was not ready, made us wait. Orde received then 40min later delivered to our car. No complimentary items for the wait. Just a sorry.
We will be checking quality of food to make note on survey. And of course, poor quality for making them rush, I get what I get. Damn.

Paid for several specific meals and sides for takeout. My family and I got home and the entire order was wrong and missing extra items we paid for. I tried calling, however no answer and voice mail wasn't set up. Very disappointing and upsetting we paid for items that we were not given. Easy way to continue losing customers.

We usually have good service and food. Lately the dine in area has been freezing!!! I've asked them to turn it down, and they will, but not for long. The last trip, there were others dining in that left because it was cold. My food didn't stay warm long.

This is one of my favorite places the whole crew is awesome they do their best always and work hard management included. I feel like they my friends too. Thank you for my fresh nuggets and Fries always you are all great.

All employees including the gm don’t know how to treat people and make arguments and ask for fighting when they are point out they did wrong I need corporate to contact me to report the abusive treatment that the assistant manager and general manager gave me on my visit

10-14-24 BUYER BE WARE, We order 2 cinnamon apple pie's which they cost $1.99 each and if you order 2 the price would be $2.99 but I was charged for 2 individual pie's
$3.98 for both pie's Good thing I looked at my receipt and noticed the FRAUD, And she didn't refund me my money instead gave me an extra pie for 99 centavos, "Besides, Your pie's were Delicious"

So I just had a hard long ass day at work and this is what get… is this suppose to get me full?

I had a really great experience at Popeye's on Montana by the Walmart I did arrive minutes before closing, Eileen my cashier she gave me great customer service she didn't hesitate to ask the manager to drop fresh chicken she even provided me with fresh fries and fresh biscuits the wait was 15 minutes but it was totally worth it I'm very happy and very satisfied with my service and Eileen made me feel welcome and the chicken was awesome store number 12104 is the best I wasn't able to make the survey online so I'm taking my time to make this review can't wait to go back and eat there the restaurant is always clean specially the restrooms the outside parking lot is always nice and neat no trash and the drive the drive through time is not a long time I am very happy cashier Eileen should get a high five!!

Use the app says will be ready only to show up and hear they just dropped chicken and have to wait another 10 minutes and didn't have the other items I was trying to purchase. Never coming back here again. Girl at window was no help just said cancel it on the app.

There was no options for a lower review. But terrible service, all of the cashiers have a terrible attitude, and you will wait extremely long for your food. AFTER paying, they will still act like it’s an inconvenience to serve you. Go anywhere else BUT here. The afternoon staff is HORRIBLE. I’d get rid of that entire staff!

Ordered a 5 piece tender meal and seems like all their old tenders were dumped on my order. One quick way to get rid of all the old chicken sitting there under heat lamps. 1 tender was still tender while the rest were dried up and felt like I was chewing on jerkey. It was gross.
