I ordered chicken but I got pigeons. Also ordered 5 chicken tenders and got 3 chicken nuggets? I won’t be coming back to this place. There’s just so many options and my effort was not worth it.

I want to give an appreciation post to the manager Delilah, the cooks messed up my sandwich and when I informed her; her attitude was great she didn’t arugue with me she didn’t give off I don’t care vibes in fact she re made me my sandwiches personally in front of me & she was so nice! I was happy with her service I personally took her a thank you mini basket for her person. She gave me nothing but smiles and good vibes. Thank you once again Delilah great job!

I said hello to the cashier, she said nothing as she was stirring tea. She then took my order and I requested my order be made fresh. The order was for dine in and their dining room was very cold. It was 50 degrees. We requested they turn down the air conditioning but they said they couldn't do anything about it. Despite waiting 40 minutes for what should be hot food, it was lukewarm. The soda machine was broken and we could not get refills on our own. We had to wait to be assisted. The lady behind me waited 15 minutes to place an order. No one acknowledged her until she asked if someone can take her order. There were enough staff but they clearly don't like being there. They hate when you ask for fresh food. If you let them serve you what they want you get old chicken and get sick. They need to do better. This is not acceptable. Might as well try another chicken chain. This one us a bust.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have been too this locationand ever single time is a poor very similar experience this time being the worst I place a large family order online we pull up and place a small order at the window for a large sweet tea and a side of gravey upon reaching the window too pay for our smaller order and already adv them we had a large online order they give us the complete wrong order for the smaller order and the forgot we had a online order so we remind the female employee at the drive through and asked if everything was in the large order which she side yes too after the female employee already making 1 mistake we check the bag too find out we are missing the Mac and cheese one of the sides I go back in too tell the staff they forgot the Mac and cheese come to find out the manager said they were out because the new manager forgot too order them some..this is the thing that really upset me was no one from the store total me they were out of Mac and cheese and didn't even bother too replace it with a side of anything else just left it off the order completely allowing me too pay for something I was never going to get ..the manager seem not interested in making things better but putting the blame on the staff for being incompetent for not telling me I asked for the corporate number because it is very unethical too leave a item out of a cx order because you ran out of it without telling him or replacing it with anything after they have paid which the manager says it is on the top of the recipet which it is not the stores number is so she lied...then I get back in the car and realize 2 more items were missing from the order 2 chicken sandwiches so I got back again and tell the same manager who does not seemed surprised like they knew they were missing and she goes back to fix them. Wasted 20 mins just because they can not make a online order correctly ..I've notice no responds from any from the store about cx poor experience time and time again which shows you more they don't give a f...about there service as long as they make money but I will be calling into the store tomorrow for the corporate number and will be following up because at this point what customers(cx) are paying for the service they are getting by this place they are robbing us all..last note the chicken was order to be spicy only and they mixed half with original and half spicy..couldn't even get that right on the order..

Great place to get some good food. Staff are super friendly, courteous, and humorous.Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Food order prepared to perfection and came out in a timely manner. Will be back to try other items on the menu.6/2024I am so unhappy with my doordash order. Wax paper still on the cheese, very little gravy on my mash potatoes, everything else was good, but I know why they say fast-food ain't good and good food ain't fast.

This Popeyes location the staff are totally incompentent. I went through drive thru and ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders. I paid the person at the drive through window and gave me my drink and said it will take the tenders 7 min to be ready. He also told me to go and park and my order will be ready. It was already 20 minutes waiting. Even a truck parked beside me and he was given his order. I get off my car and go in the restaurant and told them I have been waiting past 20 minutes and I gave them my receipt. They were all looked at each other and didn't even apologize for the long wait. The staff are very incompetent and people I urge you not to go to this location at Montana and Tierra Este. The service is really bad they don't take their job serious.

If I could give 0000 stars I would, it was 10 minutes past opening time and chairs were on top of tables and door closed. Another thing, when ever you get a receipt don’t bother on doing the survey in the back, they said NO! They don’t accept it even though it’s on their receipt, totally useless. The employees were rude and a chicken sandwich took over 10 minutes, we literally had to go and ask for it, it was sitting there and NO ONE called our order. We will NEVER come back, please stay away!

Bought family meal paid over $30 and the pieces of chicken where old and dry not to mention the chicken parts where small like If they use baby chickens very disappointing I will not recommend them at all this is the second time I figured I’ll give them a second chance and it happened

I went inside on my lunch break to order take out. Went to work and noticed my order was wrong. I ordered a “BLACKENED” chicken sandwich. I drove back to fix the mistake. The gentleman said he will correct it for me. I got 2 sandwiches because of the “hassle”. I didn’t open the order until I got home from work (because I wasted my entire lunch break to fix this mistake) they gave me 2 CRISPY sandwiches… ? again… not what I ordered… I’ve should've checked again before I left. I don’t recommend this location. The one on Montwood is my favorite. Unfortunately, I’ll just drive a bit farther for my Popeyes fix. ?
