Ordered delivery for the first time tonight. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices and the taste was just as good. The hot wings are not to spicy but the flavor is phenomenal. The pizza is the perfect texture of crust and delicious toppings, and to top it off the ranch is very good. This will likely be my new neighborhood pizza spot.

Ok guys, as a recent El Paso resident coming from Illinois…if you know IL, you know about our pizza…this actually is a pretty good neighborhood establishment. Being that in the suburbs of Chicago and in the Windy City, there is a certain type of style to pizza. This business is definitely trying to make a go of it for their style. So, when I say sausage, pepperoni, extra cheese, and onions, I pretty much got that. My only complaint is I need my ingredients be evenly distributed and to reach to the edge of crust, since I never have been big on bread. I also will ask for extra sauce. The cheese and sauce is EVERYTHING to a Italian pizza from the USA. But I found the taste to be great, the staff absolutely fantastic (I went in), and they have a drive-thru, which is great! Good job, but let’s try to keep me out of the Poppa John’s and CiCi’s.

First time having this pizza. It's really good even my picky mother had no complaints. Bread sticks are also really good. Wings are not bad and are a little small if anything.
We recently tried Pop’s for the first time and would rate the overall experience as neutral. While we weren’t dissatisfied, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The pizza was served hot with a nice crispness, which we appreciated. However, it lacked sufficient sauce, and the marinara itself was somewhat bland.
In terms of customer service, we were surprised by the lack of basic hospitality—no greetings, smiles, or check-ins from most of the staff. The exception was a taller gentleman with glasses, whose friendly demeanor stood out. Thank you for making us feel welcome.
On a positive note, the pricing is excellent and offers great value.
Would we try Pop’s again? Yes, we would give it another chance.
A quick note for first-time visitors: seating is not ideal, so plan to take your pizza to go.

My wife and my boys and I LOVE this pizza! The owner and his staff are always amazing whether it be over the phone or in person, and they have delicious pizza and wings! Try the half hot and half lemon pepper flavor it's the best in the city!

Wow, 2 college age kids working, made a banger of a pizza for me. Highly recommended! As a trucker we eat trash mostly so when I stumble upon a little gem like this I tell everyone I know 😂😂😂
