Gotta say everytime I door dash a pizza I pick this place. They got good pie what can I say 10/10 the only time I order anywhere else is when pops is closed.

First time having this pizza. It's really good even my picky mother had no complaints. Bread sticks are also really good. Wings are not bad and are a little small if anything.

We recently tried Popâs for the first time and would rate the overall experience as neutral. While we werenât dissatisfied, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The pizza was served hot with a nice crispness, which we appreciated. However, it lacked sufficient sauce, and the marinara itself was somewhat bland.
In terms of customer service, we were surprised by the lack of basic hospitalityâno greetings, smiles, or check-ins from most of the staff. The exception was a taller gentleman with glasses, whose friendly demeanor stood out. Thank you for making us feel welcome.
On a positive note, the pricing is excellent and offers great value.
Would we try Popâs again? Yes, we would give it another chance.
A quick note for first-time visitors: seating is not ideal, so plan to take your pizza to go.

My wife and my boys and I LOVE this pizza! The owner and his staff are always amazing whether it be over the phone or in person, and they have delicious pizza and wings! Try the half hot and half lemon pepper flavor it's the best in the city!

This place used to be my wifeâs and I favorite spot! But the last 2 times we ordered Pizza to go, it was a failure; paid for extra cheese and it was not added. Customer service was horrendous. The quality of their pizzas used to be so good but who knows what has changed. Such a shame đ«€

I convinced my wife to give your pizza a try. We were super excited to give it a shot. When i called on the phone gentleman taking my order was very short and cold. Not very informative at all. At that moment we knew this might not be a good night to eat at pops pizza. Well after we paid and got our order I asked my wife to check the pizza. Sure enough our kids pizza had a huge burned bubble in the middle with no cheese or toppings. Probably the worst pizza we've gotten in El Paso from any local or major chain. So disappointing that our kids had to eat this for dinner. Check out the pictures. 7.30 pm Pelicano location. Not sure why anyone would allow this pizza to go out like this. People just don't care anymore these days.
