The man that made my pretzels tonight was absolutely delightful. Great service.

Any time I go to Auntie Anne’s, I get sick. The pretzels at Pretzelmaker are just better than the rest.

People like this place, the pretzel a freshly made constantly so they taste great. People don't seem to mind the prices. For the price of a large combo is almost comparable to a full size meal at a seafood restaurant and/or other restaurants.

I ordered 16 piece of mozzarella bites, cheese bites and Minnie pigs in a blanket. When I got home the cashier that took my order gave us the wrong order!

COMPLETE turnaround with staff. New management is amazing. They have the full menu available. My go to has been the pretzel dogs and they make them fresh everytime, a 10 min wait but it's fresh so it's worth it. With new staff and management, it's worth a visit again, they are working hard to turn things around compared to a few months ago and it shows!! Even with lines you'll be in and out quick, they are fully staffed and pumping out pretzels left and right.

Terrible terrible service they claim they have no idea what the manager name is they go to the back room leaving the front unattended and being rude to the customers not providing any service and having the worst attitude there can be I’m paying for the food and service and I need to contact corporate about this terrible issue denied to give their names and the girl in picture even going as far as flipping me off FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP!!!!

It was about 2 pm on a Tuesday and they didn’t have any pretzels ready, they said it be about 30 mins. The cashier girl was rude and leaning over the counter and gave us attitude just for asking for pretzels. This place lately has been lacking customer service and pretzels. They need better management and employee training.

Seriously rude staff. Lots of customers standing around and no one really in line. When I asked one of the employees where the line was, he said "where the register is, where else would it be?"I fired back since he had a broken nose and bandage on his face and told him comments like that are probably how his nose got broken in the first place.7 or 8 employees working, all of them seemed to hate working there.No standards in unifrom.... some wherein aprons, others wearing vulger t-shirts.This location always has vulgar music playing.
