Went here for my 21st birthday and I couldn’t ask for a better experience even if I was paid. Top notch service. Not only did they keep the drinks flowin’ but I couldn’t walk away for 5 seconds without a brand new fresh cup of water. The game of bingo kept everyone engaged and entertained the vibes were immaculate. Thank you to all staff and management for a perfect 21st.

The music and atmosphere were great. However, the service was either really good or absolute junk, depending on which bartender you got. One of those ladies had nothing but attitude; the other was super kind and willing to learn how to make new drinks. In regards to the actual drinks... their selection is absolute garbage, the bartenders are severely undertrained, and the drinks are grossly overpriced.I, unfortunately, would not recommend this place.

Great place for tech house music with their DJs. Bartenders on the other hand are unwelcoming and always look annoyed to serve you.

Hit this spot after a drink next door. It was fine... nothing to write home about. I didn't feel super welcome as the few people at the bar all seemed to know each other and the bartender wasn't overly friendly. The music was good and I digged the vibe (imagine if your cool grandma had a cute speakeasy by the beach.) I didn't get too creative, just grabbed a Dos Equis (as they didn't have much by way of beer options) and called it a night.

Visited the Prickly Elder for the first time tonight. I looked at their website before going, they advertise "craft cocktails". Got there and asked the bartender if they had a drink menu, he said no, that they are working on one. I then asked him for a recommendation, for the best drink he makes, he suggested a Paloma. I said thats rather basic, he replied "they only do basic drinks". So i had the Paloma. It was made with thier cheap house tequila and a grapefruit soda from the gun. It tasted like an overly sugared fruit drink. Certainly not a craft cocktail. I couldn't even finish the drink, it was all sugary syrup. The only good thing was that horrible dink only cost me $6. So i guess you really do get what you pay for.
