After reading several reviews I decided to try this establishment and see it for myself. When I entered the business I was quickly greeted by the bartender and asked if I was there for an event? I answered no and was told that this evening was reserved for only those attending that event. So I left. My suggestion for this place in particular, call first in advance before deciding to go there and ask if it's ok for them to attend or if it's for invited guests only. The bartender was polite at least but the whole experience was unfavorable.

This place has kind of fallen off a cliff. The location is difficult - two bars in the same location went out of business in the 5 years before they opened. When they first opened they were pretty good. Not sure if there’s new management or something but the place is much less good now. Opening hours are unreliable (you show up and it turns out they’re closed) or all of their beer taps are broken and they have a terrible selection of bottled beers. I imagine they’ll go belly up soon. I don’t think I’d go back.

Meh tried to go in for a drink on Saturday night after dinner. Bartenders were still inside, but door was locked and they turned off the light as we were walking towards the door. Google says business closes at 2am, but I guess they close at 1am ?♀️ better luck next time.
Came to check it out see if the could make a Greek freddo. Came out good. Thanks bartender.

We are visit from New Mexico and wow! The drinks are amazing. The server/manager made off menu drinks for us and mine was with pineapple and tamarind and mezcal and wow! A must visit place for sure!

I have always wanted to try prof and press since being back in town. We went on a Tuesday night, aside from a couple of people at the bar, we were the only ones there. Jonathan, our server and bartender, greeted us right away. He was amazing. They have plenty of drinks on the menu but I asked him to surprise me with anything of his choosing. He ended up serving me amazing drinks that weren’t on the menu. He is very talented and gave us great service. As far as the food, we wanted to try the flatbreads. We did have an incident were one of the flatbreads fell to the floor and they were so kind and replaced it for us. Even if it was our fault. They handled the situation great and we appreciated them. The only negative I have from this place was the restroom, they are not as clean as I would like them to be, you can see they aren’t clean even with the dark lighting they have. Aside from that, I would go back to proof and press again and try more of their cocktails ?Parking: Tons of parking

Proof and Press is my favorite craft cocktail bar to go and chill-their drink menu is fantastic and the staff is amazing! They always know what I want when I walk in the door! Their charcuterie boards are yummy and their drinks are made with time and care. Try their espresso martini or Gold Rush- they are divine. We recently held a graduation party there and they handled our crowd expertly.
