I am in awe after touring this distillery. I don’t normally drink or like vodka but their Free Range Vodka is something like I’ve never tasted! I normally need a chaser with it but it’s smooth and does NOT sting.I tried a new liquor “Fernet” and it was so delicious! The owners really put their time and knowledge into making these spirits and it’s amazing. Alley Cat Gin >>> any other gin!

I found out about a special tasting event Prospect Spirits had at PJ Romero Artworks. I had so much fun having a drink while making ceramics and everything was absolutely delicious. I wish more places carried this brand. I found it at Specs so far. Hopefully they have more events like this because this was a perfect combination. Thank you!!!

I was offered a tour of the distillery. The back of house was extremely clean, everyone in the establishment was welcoming and friendly. I purchased the whiskey, vodka and Gin. The liquor is outstanding and the flavors are rich and delicious! Definitely recommend a tour if you can make it, and I won’t be going back to anything else at home!

Took a tour of this joint and was wildly impressed. Really nice space in a great location. As for the spirits, also very impressive. The gin and vodka are some of the smoothest and tastiest to ever touch my palate. I am anxiously anticipating the moment they are able to open their bar/tasting room.
