Food is ok. Used to be good now whoever is cooking seems to do it because they have to, theres no sazón. Lady in the drive thru has no customer service always has a 🙄 face. The pepino agua fresca is gross. This is my opinion of this place.

Totally unsatisfied with my order, I ordered quesabirrias and let me tell you it was just a soggy tortilla with some cheese and 3 strands of birria meat.The worst I’ve had. Quality and service has gone down .

I ordered menudo from here through uber eats, my kids love menudo well my 4 year old was choking on a bone piece from the menudo about the size of a penny only to go through all the menudo and it had tiny pieces of bone everywhere that is not safe at all I would never eat here or order again

I'm sorry BUT I ordered the breakfast plate and my egg had a fly in it, (I WISH I WLD HAVE TAKEN A PHOTO) but I wasn't going to leave a bad review, so I take it back to them and show them, and she ask me if I want something else, so I order pancakes and there RAW!! I'm sorry but I will not come back here ever again. As a manager I would have given customer back there money for that plate, apologized profusely. And they could have at least made sure my pancakes were cooked right. Anywho VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This is not the original Rafas burritos anymore. So disappointed. Apparently location was sold to a different owner and they dropped the s from the name a and kept it Rafa burritos? Totally misleading. Food tastes completely different. Person at register was super rude. I’ll try my luck at one of the other Rafas burritos locations.

Does not know how to operate when it comes down to DoorDash , I’ve had a couple occasions where food is offered on there list , dasher gets there and they say it’s unavailable ,aswell as give orders to people who aren’t DoorDash then gets my order canceled . If DoorDash is a option for your service more sure it’s provided correctly and efficiently .
