Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I usually dine at canes at least once a week. At this location was not happy with the quality of the food. The chicken was over cooked. Was hard to eat.

You can't go wrong with chicken tenders it's a go-to for our household. The are always nice and service is quick. They have even gone as far as to make a naked bird for our pups without even asking. My pups love it!!!

Have been to this location countless times and have never had an issue, until today. I went through the drive through and have to get naked tenders for personal reason, waited a couple minutes until they told us to park in mobile parking to wait. Not sure how long we waited but by the time I got the food, there was barely any fries in my 2 meal boxes and they were very stale, cold, and not salted. I went in and talked to one of the cashiers and she said she could help me out, got one of the managers and all she said was that it was the change in oil they were using now and did offer a fresh batch of fries. Which somehow came out as their usual golden fries when I was told they wouldn’t be…? I did notice as she was asking for a new batch, the other manager she was talking to was making faces about the situation. I understand you get rushes and it can be hectic, but when I’m paying $20+ for food, i would assume that the food comes fresh and managers not making faces when trying to sort it out. Thanks

The restaurant tolerates loud disruptions from discourteous customers and maintains an extremely high music volume, making it difficult for me to engage in conversation with my son during meals.

You need to check your bill to make sure you are not over charge

Workers are very rude. Asked for sauce and she said “Nah, I don’t want to”. Also asked for hot sauce and it seemed like I was a bother. First time in this location, never going back. Hawkins location would NEVERR give me an issue.

This place is a consistent hit for the kids and the family.

We stopped in after an event on the east side. And though the post has a Canes, this location is conveniently located close to our house.

We arrived and we're immediately greeted by the staff at the counter. It was a short line, we ordered and found some seating. There is plenty of seating in the dining area from bench seating, to booth seating and table seating. It was clean and the staff consistently policed the area to make sure it stayed that way.

The chicken is alwats crispy, and the buttery Texas toast is always good. I like their crinkle cut fries. People, not me, but people race about the Canes' sauce.

They have a drive through and plenty of parking. Getting there isn't too bad, that shopping area is a tricky area to get into.

My kids are quick to say they want Canes, and with experiences like these, I enjoy bringing them.
