I would appreciate if I pay $18.99 for a pan of fries to receive 7 servings of fries and not less than 5. I have bought both and I know the difference.

There was no ice in the ice machine to start the drinks were flat. It pretty much summed today it's not the first time this happens.

I usually dine at canes at least once a week. At this location was not happy with the quality of the food. The chicken was over cooked. Was hard to eat.

You can't go wrong with chicken tenders it's a go-to for our household. The are always nice and service is quick. They have even gone as far as to make a naked bird for our pups without even asking. My pups love it!!!

Have been to this location countless times and have never had an issue, until today. I went through the drive through and have to get naked tenders for personal reason, waited a couple minutes until they told us to park in mobile parking to wait. Not sure how long we waited but by the time I got the food, there was barely any fries in my 2 meal boxes and they were very stale, cold, and not salted. I went in and talked to one of the cashiers and she said she could help me out, got one of the managers and all she said was that it was the change in oil they were using now and did offer a fresh batch of fries. Which somehow came out as their usual golden fries when I was told they wouldn’t be…? I did notice as she was asking for a new batch, the other manager she was talking to was making faces about the situation. I understand you get rushes and it can be hectic, but when I’m paying $20+ for food, i would assume that the food comes fresh and managers not making faces when trying to sort it out. Thanks
