Been here several times and I absolutely love the teas and varieties they have available. Great atmosphere and perfect place to hang out with friends.

Thank you so much for your great service. My organization needed 20 gift cards for a giveaway and Matthew and his staff came thru for us so seamlessly. The drinks they have here are top notch everyone should come and try them.

First and last time we go to this place , the older âmanagerâ at the front was supper rude with my family and I, he seemed in a very bad mood. He did not wanted to be there. He did not want to explain the ingredients on any of the teas or coffees definitely not a way to treat a first time costumers also they didnât have most ingredients.

I tried this place for the 1st time today. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I got the caramelized brown sugar and it was amazing ? very sweet but definitely yummy and the best boba in town

Unless manager is there to make drinks, theyâre usually not mixed well, has white floating pieces or grainy chemical tasting black pieces. They have issues with not opening at 11, but if they are the bobas usually not ready until 11:45 or 12.

Disappointing visit. I arrived at 11:27, signage states they open at 11am. The doors were locked and there was no one inside to assist though lights and "open" sign were lit.

The service was above and beyond! And mom and I enjoyed both drinks thanks to an over corrected drink mishap which was my fault. Thank you Raretea!!
Destiny and Esperanza were the best at making drinks ??. I havenât seen Destiny in a while but she was so sweet and make drinks really good!
The tea was good! Came in around 12 and the tapioca wasnât available. It was an enjoyable atmosphere, overall enjoyed the drinks.
