These teas taste like perfume or rose water not edible which is weird cause I've came here on a different occasion and the tea was good I ordered the strawberry snow cream tea like last time and ordered 2 more for the family they all tasted the same. I just ended up going to Starbucks for a strawberry acaí refresher.

I’ve been here plenty of times and usually the drinks are fine but for the past few months I’ve been ordering the same two drinks and every time they come out tasting differently. It’s hard to order what you want when the taste you’re used to keeps constantly changing and when the store keeps running out of things like boba or certain teas and flavorings. Another time I went in they were having a 50% off deal that I had seen on they’re instagram that only lasted that one day so I went and got some and when I got my receipt I noticed they charged me full price so when I went to go ask about the deal the owner went up and told me that I was supposed to mention the special when I ordered but that he would go back and give me the partial refund for the special so I left and looked back at the post and it said nothing about mentioning it when you order but I gave it a few weeks and checked my bank account and I did not get the partial refund back.

First thought when getting here is why isn't this place more busy, it was empty. None the less this place has a good location and the employee was very cordial, I got the Taro boba tea because to me that's a basic drink that you can't get wrong, but the drink to me imo compared to every other boba place I've gotten the taro from seemed a little watered down. I don't know if that's just how they make it or if perhaps the drink wasn't made right on accident or something, but I would call it a Taro Lite if there's such a thing. Good place all in all, oh and there was some couch inside which was cool, but they had some stains on them, I'd get those taken care of asap. Drink wasn't as costly as I thought it was gonna be either so that is a plus

Came in twenty minutes before closing time & got told it was closed, only wanted a simple drink.
Terrible service. Drink took way over 20 minutes. A customer that arrived after us paid and left without a drink because they took so long. The manager refused to provide a refund. Not going back. The drinks are small and over priced. Not worth the wait. The manager called us after and offered a 50% off coupon and put all the blame on the poor guys working. No thank you. There are plenty of other local businesses to support.
