Inflation is hitting hard at this red lobster. I ordered the coconut shrimp per usual and they gave me 6 shrimps for $25. I mean come on I know times are tough but if you double order shrimp and get 6 it's not even worth it at that point. I ordered popcorn shrimp for my daughter and they brought shrimp with a little batter over the shrimp with the tail still on. The drinks however were amazing. All in all overpriced food with a lack in quantity and quality.

Placed an order on line for curbside puck up was given a specific time for pick up and instructions to notify when up parked on curbside. Waited 20 minutes in parking lot, called the number Said they would be right out and waited another 10mins. Finally walked inside and food was not ready had to wait an additional 20mins. Bad service at this location.

Coming into red lobster we were disappointed with urgency at first, no host in the front. Ill dismiss that since I saw it was busy. Me and my wife weren't too excited about sitting in the bar area but, to our surprise we got the best service weve gotten at Red Lobster thanks to our server Abby. She was very attentive, timely, and funny. We tried the Dragon Calamari, definitely a new favorite!

Irma g was so kind to us ❤️ we had our little baby in and she made sure we felt comfortable and had a great experience, we got the endless shrimp and the pick 2 shrimp deal and they were both so delicious! Absolutely wonderful server! Ask for her!!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, we had our stroller and were accommodated well!

Visited this location on march 8th 2024...server Adriana....was not very educated on food that you served in your establishment.She came over to take our order....I inquired about the sodium content in the rice and she stated " It's just rice". wrong answer for someone that has medical condition...I had to ask her if she could find out...by her facial expression you could see that made her angry....she finally return to give the percentage of the sodium content of the rice....she proceeded to take our order..While we were waiting on our meals...she was helping other patrons....but kept looking over at our table making us feel very uncomfortable.....perhaps management needs to have a conversation with her regarding food and the content of is...a lot of people have medical illness and cannot eat certain foods,sodium, peanuts, etc....I feel she needs to be more education about medical issues that your patrons may have....Stop her from steering at customers because they ask about sodium or whatever the case may be....She is very "RUDE" SHOULD BE TERMINATED FOR SUCH IGNORANCE.
Irma helped make a memorial dinner very light hearted and fun, not to mention she kept coming with the delicious biscuits ?They were very accommodating for my wheelchair and were quick to pull chairs away.Dietary restrictions: Staff has been very helpful in checking seasonings to make sure that I would not have any allergic reactions.Wheelchair accessibility: All staff there tonight were very helpful and accommodating towards my wheelchair. The only improvement I could recommend is for the building itself. Handicap automatic door openers would be wonderful, for both the main doors and the bathroom doors.
