Place has been closed for a year but still says open. Took me a year to figure this out….pretty frustrating.

This place was amazing, the broth was on point, meat is good, can be a hit or miss on rare times but it was there. Customer service was ok but inside of the restaurant I thought it needed work. But I think it's because of the location it was on. I think if this ramen place was redesigned at a new location with more prep work, I think it will succeed . I think it needs a new atmosphere but with still stick with Redds concepts. Sad to see this place close but appreciate the memories it gave me.

Awesome place. Everytime we go the food is great and the people are kind. I ordered Uber eats once and the driver forgot the broth I went back and they gave it to me.
I was going to dine in but the girl in front was extremely rude. Doesn’t address you properly. She had face like if she didn’t want to work there. No customer service skills. We asked a question and she just walked away from us and didn’t come back or say anything. We will won’t be coming back! ??
Cold, overpriced. The ramen was bland and cold, service was questionable. Total was $42, $14 per build bowl +drinks. The taste was bland with no flavor and heavily overpriced.
Ordered the El Paso bowl, Pork chasu was very smokey (not a good thing for me, but my wife enjoyed it). Eggs and mushrooms were flavorless and I ordered the broth-level 3 spice, it wasn’t rich. Tasted like water and Tabasco sauce to me.Overall the only thing worth ordering was the pork gyoza, they were delicious and the sauce they come with is extremely tasty.
Best authentic Japanese Ramen in town! My second visit was a charm with cuts of pork. My first visit had cuts of brisket. Both equally delicious.
Vegetarian options: Veggie ramen available.
Kid-friendliness: Fun japanese drinks for kids.
Parking: Easy to park.

Came here couple years ago, and the experience and food was great. I came in today, and no one greeted us (lady at register seemed like she didn't want to be there). The broth was watered down, the pork slices were thin af (like curled up cheap Bar-S bacon). Dam what a let down, it sucks to say but I won't come back.
Very very excellent place. The egg was so phenomenal when you cut it open. I got the Texan and the Japanese coffee was the icing on top.
First time trying this place and must say I was very pleased! Ramen was delicious and I will be back again.

Good take 30 min to arrive , Gyoza arrived burnt tasted burned and ramen taste like 30cent package you buy at Walmart. Overpriced for a ramen with the taste of chicken bouillon and extra Ingredients and they don’t have a server to send food back or give feedback, you also have to pay before you eat.
