This place was amazing, the broth was on point, meat is good, can be a hit or miss on rare times but it was there. Customer service was ok but inside of the restaurant I thought it needed work. But I think it's because of the location it was on. I think if this ramen place was redesigned at a new location with more prep work, I think it will succeed . Best authentic Japanese Ramen in town! My second visit was a charm with cuts of pork. My first visit had cuts of brisket. Both equally delicious.

Location is fine and experience was okay. This location is in need of some updating or just freshening up. The ambiance greatly impacts the experience. The ramen was between ok and good. This place for sure has better ramen than some other El Paso locations I have visited. We tried the tonkotsu or El Pasoan, and the brisket ramen. I was satisfied with the meats. They were tender with good flavor. The spring roll was more of a soggy egg roll. They provided a separate spicy sauce....
