Horrible experience at this location.When we received our plates the brisket and baked potatoes were cold to the touch. We began to eat and then a cockroach crawled on top of the table coming from the bottom. We were disgusted not knowing if we ate contaminated food. I told the manager and she came and killed the cockroach on the table and walked away. We stood there waiting for her to come back. I went and asked for her while her and the waitresses were hiding behind a wall and she came and handed me the bill saying she was still charging me for the appetizer that we had. Because those we did eat. I personally thought we shouldn’t have paid for anything since we didn’t get to eat our entrees and we didn’t know if the cockroach was on the food since the shades were down and it was dark in the restaurant. This was very disappointing and having my family experience that was horrible.

Food is delicious. Service is good. Prices are good but unfortunately right when we were putting left overs in boxes we saw a small cockroach on our booth wall.
Idk if it’s good that we saw that after we ate?
But that’s how we know food is good 😐
That was very very unfortunate.

Was waiting in drive through more than 15 minutes after order was ready. A car infirm if me and wouldn’t move. Me and two other cars had to drive back out of drive thru and get down for our food. If that persons food is not ready have them park and let us get our food. Bad service

It took almost an hour to get two hamburgers a chopped burrito and a kids burger. When the food arrived, nothing had any seasoning or flavor. It was $70+ dollars to eat cardboard. Even the Mac and cheese tasted like macaroni but no cheese flavor at all. Have no idea how that is even possible.
I do not recommend the food at this place. The Menu or recipes need a work over and taste testing.

Had a taste for bbq so I tried this place out. I wish I hadn't! Complete waste of my money and that's being nice!! The service wasn't bad but the food was so bad it overshadowed the decent service!! I literally just threw $70 worth or bbq in the trash!! Try at your own risk!!

Baby Back ribs= Dry, tough and no flavor
Brisket = Dry, tough and no flavor
Beef Sausage = not too bad best meat in the order
Beans = cold and bland
Mac and cheese = I actually gagged
Steak Fries = undercooked

Disgusting food, brisket was hard and dry as can be!!!! Spare ribs like rubber awful!!!! I cannot believe they seell this food. First and last time!!!!!
