Service was bad. Food is not as good as their other location. For being a Mexican restaurant they had very modern American music on.

My friend and I ordered caldo de res and it was delicious! It was my friend's first time there and she said the price was at low price.

The food was ok for a place that for many years I considered excellent. The service was even worse as we sat at our table for over 15 min. I kid you not with only one other table there for breakfast. No atmosphere exists at this business. Sad for a business that did so well before. Unfortunately will not return nor do I recommend this restaurant.

This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant.I had the enchiladas montadas and they were delish. Great flavor lots of meat. The red chile was on point! The rice was perfectly flavored and not too salty. The beans has the right amount of gooey cheese. The chips were perfectly crispy and lightly salted.Try the lemonade.Service was awesome.I'm going back!

Stop by at this Ricon de Cortez approximately about 12:30 on 08/25/23. Waiter took about 15 minutes to even a knowledges us and that was after my husband stood up and asked for service. They still took another five minutes to came by and gave us the menus. We ordered an iced tea and a diet drink, which was brought in 10 minutes later, they took our rest of the order, brought , some chips and salsa, which we finished then brought us some more after we asked for it. We had been waiting 52 minutes for our plates, meanwhile the surrounding customers which apparently got there after we did, got their meal served within 10 minutes, they seem to be previous customers because they were greeted with smiles and rapid service, we decided to leave. We asked the lady at the exit how much we owed her for the drinks. She had the odyssey of charging us $5.85 for their bad service. I don’t recommend this place to anyone that is not a customer already. those are the ones that get the treatment . Bad, Bad service

The food here is really great. I love the hamburger steak so much!!!
I had one of the daily lunch specials. Today I had chicken soup and chicken tacos with rice and beans. The food is usually consistently good. Chicken tacos are not they're specialty. The chicken soup was a little watery.

Walked in at 3 ...place closes at 4...Met with stares from staff and not even a "welcome" or "Hello " .. Is it so hard to just greet or smile?Sat down to an awkward ,quiet experience ...with stares and being ignored. I believe when someone shows you something , believe them . Staff never approached . So, I felt unwelcomed and dismissed that my party and I decided to leave and go somewhere else. It is an unfortunate experience .... The service industry may have changed along with common courtesy , but, in a restaurant that was not busy ...a little attention accompanied with manners should be a norm. I don't believe I will ever return
