Love the China Buffet most authentic Chinese food that you can buy in a desert Sushi is the greatest for buying in a desert fresh food hot food service is really nice easy to get around with well-lit
The food was about what you'd expect from a Chinese buffet...well, maybe a little worse. Some non-fish foods had a distinct fishy flavor, the vegetables were all way too soft, the sweet and sour chicken breading was soft and a little too moist....and the waitress was rude...all of them were.
The food is good, they have a lot of variety. It's expensive but then again it's a buffet and they are all like that. The restrooms however; were absolutely disgusting. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The walls were nasty, the floors very sticky and paper thrown everywhere
