I have been dining at Ripe since they opened. Just love the food, atmosphere, and vibe. This is my regular place to dine and they never disappoint.

Three of us ate here. We enjoy breakfast out and this one has a different type of menu. Coffee and hot cocoa could have been a lot hotter. They serve wheat biscuits with apple butter/sauce. One had egg dish, one pancakes, and I had French toast with cherries. The eggs were literally cold so they must have been prepared before we ordered because our order did not take long. The toast with the eggs was good. Pancakes were not enjoyable. I loved the French toast. The syrup was not real maple which it should have been since they seem to be leaning to the healthy side. The food was plated roughly, more manly than gently. Bacon was not crisp enough and thick. Service was well done. No complaints there. I think overall, if the food and hot drinks had been hotter, it would have been much better.

Used to go to this restaurant once a week. Recently went in June 2021. I was disappointed with Pasta Salmon dish. See pic, not much salmon! I requested to speak with manager several times before he reluctantly came to the table. Sadly he was poorly trained in customer service. He said they prepare the dish with 3 ounces of salmon but it looked a lot less. Sad to see the restaurant has gone down hill.

Do Not, I repeat do not us this postal Annex. Each one is privately owned and this one is the worst. We have had 3 issues with them all their fault and refuse to help or take responsibilityFirst time they didn’t package our EBay item right and it broke, and because they didn’t package it right postal office refused our claim they told us oh well. We lost the product and had to refund the customer.Second time we brought a picture frame for them to package and again they didn’t not package it correctly ad again it broke and because they didn’t package it correctly the postal office refused our claim and one we told postal annex what happened, that they packaged it wrong again and because of that the USPS refused our claim they refused to refund they packaging cost and told us we need to talk to USPS when it was their fault and THE Audacity of the manager to tell my girlfriend that she is probably getting ripped off because she’s not an experienced seller, When in fact she has been a top seller for the past three years and the only reason they told her that is because she is a girlThe third time we dropped off a package with them that they didn’t package, and they did not scan it and now the package is lost ( we had to refund a customer and again we lost out on the product as well) no form of responsibilityIf you are a seller Do Not, I repeat do not use this postal annex they do not take responsibility even when we have the evidence that they messed and now we are out $400 and that the Manager belittled my girlfriend for being a girl.....

Rude staff. Isaac yells a lot. He is mean to customers. Visit Yelp for the whole scoop. I live two blocks up, on imperial ridge, and he literally yelled at me TWICE, and I was still so polite until I retrieved the TO-GO coffee I ordered.
Went tonight to get late dinner, not a lot o people in the restaurant. Service was slow to pathetic however, the waiter was nice enough, but clueless. My plate was cold and had to be sent back 3x and STILL COLD and then ordered dessert to go, it came with ice cream and it took him around 15 minutes to come pick up the credit card so we could leave. Then, took some time to get it back to us. Got home with my dessert and the plastic container ( like a Ziploc hard plastic container) with the ice cream in it had a huge hole in the side. Who knows what may have been crawling in it, I couldnt believe they didn’t notice the hole, it was about the size of a ping pong ball. Ice cream was melting and the experience just left a bad taste in my mouth to think we actually paid to eat there. I got the Asst manager to take care of the issue, but will never eat there again.
