"Historic" location, great food, great staff. Excellent tacos, put on the green sauce. The red sauce on the enchiladas is the best. Looked a bit creepy on the outside and there were biker warnings on the door.Wheelchair accessibility: None. Unpaved driveway, rough steps to enter. My wheelchair bound wife waited outside for take out.

Love Rosa's, even though there was only one waitress for Karaoke last night, April 17th, she was on top of everything. Our glasses were always full. Thank you.

If you plan to spend hours here, then it's a decent place. But if you just wanted to go to dinner and then go home or go somewhere else, not the place. It took us 2 hrs just to get our food! The waitress was clearly stressed and got snappy with us.

It was our first time ever walking in to this legendary establishment. Walking in, it’s a large welcoming space and you have the freedom to choose wherever you’d like to sit upon entering.Sitting near the bar, the atmosphere was lovely and it appeared most were frequent diners and bar patrons; it was nice to see people chatting, laughing and enjoying their time together. We had great service from this one woman that was polite, welcoming and prompt with her service. I ordered a larger size jalapeño margarita and the salt and pepper rim was an extra perk to this spicy and super delicious drink!!Here’s the one area I was quite disappointed and was expecting so much more, especially because of its legendary status: the food. The food presentation was meticulously prepared, however, once I took a bite into the tostada, the beans lacked flavor and didn’t seem fresh and the rice was a little extra toasty without much flavor. My husband’s plate wasn’t much different and his enchilada looked burned and also was in need of flavor. We’d definitely return for drinks, atmosphere, service, and homemade chips and salsa.

Came here and fell in love with a Mexican girl. Unfortunately, I fought for her love, and out through the back door of Rosas, I ran and away I did ride to the Badlands of New Mexico. Other than that, great place to grab a drink or

Cool place for drinks, the feel and atmosphere is comfortable and fun. There was a blues band from Las Cruces playing, which was great. If I had it to do over we would have skipped the food altogether- aside from the chips, it was bland and flavorless.

Hands down this place gets a 5 star review!! Not only is it nostalgic for my generation, it's also simply a fun place with down to earth comfort food coming out of the kitchen! Service is wonderfully local, meaning each and every visitor is treated like a friend or family member. First time or tenth time, you're treated like family! Some folks may not appreciate that as it may come off as aloof but we love it and Felicia is now my best friend! The place is decorated just like I would expect an old cantina to be! Rustic! Marty Robbins on the wall and jukebox, checkered tablecloths and wood furniture. The food is Mexican comfort food! Nothing fancy, no glitter and no unnecessary stuff thrown all over the plate, just good solid food! The ground beef tacos are where it's at for me! All my life we've had what we call Farmer's Tacos (meat, potato, vegetable) and these tacos were them exactly! They were always that special birthday meal all of us picked on our birthday!Make sure to add this historic little spot to your bucket list and don't let the outside of the building scare you off!!
