You can't do your own refills anymore, which is a bummer. The place was loud with music blasting and the kitchen staff singing at the top of their lungs. A bit much if you're trying to have a conversation.
My fav Chinese food in Downtown. In a great convenient location.
One can shop and eat here. The wings are delicious and sweet and savory, the red wings are hot and both are done with an original recipe that I believe goes back to the 1990s or older, because I remember as a little kid my mom used to buy me Chinese from here, and it tastes the same. The rice is 10/10.

Although it is no longer the same service and the same flavors, it is passable but today something happened that I did not think, I believe every person who pays has the same right as the others, some people paid for a buffet for a homeless person so that you could eat there. He didn't bother anyone, he was at his table and ate well, but the workers didn't let him finish eating and they asked him to leave it because that bothered several diners. I think they should change...
