If this had been my first experience at Rudy’s I’d never return. Two pulled pork sandwiches that had absolutely no flavor , the Cole slaw had no juice to it at all and was pretty much flavorless unless you like dry cabbage and a banana pudding that , you guessed it, had no flavor at all. We both questioned whether we had Covid and lost our taste because everything was just bland and boring. Do better Rudy’s. We know you’ve got it in you but today you were very lacking.

I placed an order 3/22/2024. Picked it up at7pm. I reported to the manager the food made everyone of us ill. I still have not heard back from management as to what they are go to do about this. I was told I would get a call back from corporate or the management of the restaurant location . If anything I would expect a bit more quality control and food temperature awareness so others will not have to suffer like my family did. I paid over $100 for the food. I work hard for my money and have always enjoyed Rudy’s BBQ. If this location doesn’t show some communication regarding this I will NOT be returning and I will promote for others to NOT go to any Rudy’s, especially this location.

Very disappointed with Drive thru experience. Ordering is not very clear with attendants when requesting various burritos. Drive thru consists of 3 process program (Order then wait at a pickup spot, then wait for payment interaction and wait for receipt and products ordered). Took about 30 min . Went inside after noticing others parking and entering building and saw some burritos ready-to-go and made purchase and left. Very slow staff, cooks, and servers. Aside from smoke flavored items, the food was Very bland, NO flavor at all. We lost 1 hr of our long commute drive.
So I'm writing this review because this is the third time I've been disappointed with Rudy's... Once again, I ordered through the drive thru only to get home to find missing items. How hard is it to write things down? They definitely never charge me wrong or give me free food accidentally, but some how something always gets left out. I was missing the bread and BBQ sauce this third time, the previous time was the meat on the loaded potato and the bread and pickles and onions. I love Rudy's but I really hate when I don't get quality service for my hard earned money!FYI, I did call the manager the second time this happened, but obviously nothing was done.

At the drive thru I ordered a brisket sandwich with everything, (onions, pickles jalapenos, sauce). Side dishes of creamed corn (amazing) and potato salad. Upon arriving home, come to find out I have to add the 'everythings' to the sandwich. After assembling my meal it was moist and tender. The creamed corn is a must. I'd drink it if I could. The potato salad was average, not bad, average. I'd go back for the corn and brisket by the pound.
The BBQ just tasted like it was burnt. There was a good smoke ring and the sauce was really pretty good. But my brisket sandwich lacked flavor and Alla around was boring.

Rudy’s did a great job at hosting a large group of 18 just hours before we called and let them know, the food was good, staff was awesome and the atmosphere was very fun for all of the families there. Will come back again soon!

Some restaurants tend to skimp on portions when you order online, but this Rudy's location does the exact opposite. The food was packaged with care, and everything was just delicious and filling! I highly recommend this establishment!
