Coffee was great and the service was amazing. They also had so many great grab and go options!

I’ve been going to the express since they opened in 2019 and have genuinely loved everything I’ve had. I don’t know how some of the reviewers on here confuse this place for their actual dine-in restaurant (which is on Texas) when all they have to do is read. I often don’t bring lunch to work so it’s great to have a place on my way where I can grab something healthy to go.
Some of these pics are old but they change up what they offer (for sure there are always salads/sandwiches) which is nice so you don’t get bored of the same things. They have a mixture of options that are good for breakfast or lunch. My favorites have been their different soups and protein/veggie bowls. I hope they bring back quiche and chia pudding some day. I’m happy to see they’ve expanded Downtown!
Great expresso drinks too. My favorites are the pistachio rose latte and Salt + Honey latte with almond milk. One of their baristas Asako makes the cutest earrings which you can also buy there.

Edit after the super passive aggressive reply:
Ordered a chai latte, gave a tip and they literally poured Starbucks brand boxed chai latte over ice and handed it to me for 7 dollars
Tazo is owned by star bucks and cost 5 bucks a carton. I got MAYBE a 1/10th of the carton for 5 dollars
It was 7 dollars after the two dollar tip I gave because yall shame people for not tipping. Theres a picture on your tip jar telling you not to be like Mr. pink from reservoir dogs.
Also if it was too “gritty” maybe just strain it???? Crazy idea. Instead of just buying premade and charging homemade prices
Even crazier idea! Why not just make a better chai tea latte recipe that actually is good by preforming R&D like any other well ran business

the food is great ,but the service take for ever we wait a really long time for our tab
Lady at the front is extremely rude and limited menu. Why would you not have your whole menu at your locations that's on your website. Don't go to this

The service is bad, there is no staff to give you a table, when they gave me a table there are no waiters to serve you and when I asked for coffee they gave me the cup with lipstick, so there is no good system to wash the glasses.

Great coffee, amazing service. Asako is the best!!
I can't comment on the food because we were refused service. I had just gotten out of a medical procedure so I was in sweats and my boyfriend was in casual wear. When we got to the restaurant we saw that it was a little busy but there were some empty tables and no one waiting. We were promptly told by a very rude waitress that they were no longer taking customers. We kind of looked around and said "What about those people?" to which she replied "They were already here". So we left. I reached out the restaurant on social media about the incident and they said that their kitchen was down and assured me that they do not discriminate anyone. I'm not sure if it was the attire we were wearing or the color of our skin but we have never felt so discriminated before, especially in a city as diverse as El Paso. I don't buy the whole kitchen down thing because there were pastries out on their display that we would have happily purchased but were never given that opportunity.

This is the cutest little cafe, it's cozy and inviting! Our waitress was very kind and friendly and answered all of our questions about the menu and check in with us multiple times throughout our meal. The food was soooo good! I ordered the Huevos Benedictos & my hubby had the Tacos Borrachos the flavor of the food was awesome nothing was bland! I have been wanting to try this place for a long time and I wish we would have tried it sooner. They do offer a few gluten free items which I love, but wish they had a few more.
The coffee is great, but the service is greater!! A great experience every time I go. Asako is the best!!
Great coffee, amazing service. Asako is the best!!
friendly staff and food delicious
This is a coffee bar and not really a full coffee house. It's pretty much for the use of the offices in the building, one can tell by the lack of operating hours. It has very few options but the latte I ordered was good. Also there were only three pastery options. It has very limited seating,, very limited. If you have business in the area and just want a good coffee this place will due.
