I actually like this food but need their people to stick to the mall hours. I checked the food court hours and it says 6:00 on Sunday. I came at 4:50 PM and they told me that they had already shut down the grill. They were cleaning while the other food places were still serving and tending to customers. This is not the first time I seen them do this. I came at lunch time and they had a sign up they went to the bathroom. I saw at least 2 people walk up and leave. I waited, I waited for a long time because like I said, I like the food. I waited over 10 min. Food is good but they need more help and they need to stick to the mall hours.

The employees are there at noon, but tell customers they can’t take orders or cook until 12:30 pm.

Told their terminal was down and only accepting cash, that’s a red flag for stealing. Guy there was telling me this while chewing and swallowing food. Disgusting!Employees always in the back and take for ever to come and take order.

Just like the last reviews said, it took forever for the person to come out from the back, and then the cook came out from the back, chewing on food very disappointed and will not return here.

The food was ok if you are hungry. Doesn't really taste anything like Japanese food, more like a cheap basic bland sweet flavor. If you are hungry then stop by but if you want some flavor then go elsewhere. Doesn't even come close to the Japanese quick service food in the Fort Bliss Freedom Crossing food court. That place is unbeatable and cheaper. I think if they changed up their teriyaki recipe and added some more sesame flavor (less sweet as well) then maybe it will start tasting better but as of now it is just sweet and bland!

Noodles tasted old and smelled strange. I noticed the cashier did not wash his hands before preparing my food nor wear gloves.

Got sour mushy rice. Told them it was spoiled rice and the said no it's fine. I told them that you can smell the sour in it. But they didnt care. No refund. Very disappointed

Very rude. When I asked if they would have enough limonaid for a large drink they said no. The limonaid tank looked a bit low so i asked them to remove one of the large drink orders. The waiter started shaking his head back and forth as if to say I was causing him problems by ordering. I would have never ordered after that except my 10 yr old was with me and he's the one who wanted to try it. BUT NEVER AGAIN

Waited 7 minutes to get acknowledged by staff. Had to ask next door if it was open. The cashier wouldn't say anything just my total. Very cold and distant to costumers. The chicken teriyaki is very good, but the noodles had very little flavor.

I’m not one to complain, but the main cashier guy (the dude with short brown hair, a tattoo on his right arm, and red shirt) waited 5 minutes to acknowledge me (and there was nobody else around the area). When he did acknowledge me, he wasn’t smiling and basically looked at me so that I can spew my order at him. When I was done ordering, he didn’t say thank you, rudely pointed at the credit card reader so that I could swipe my card, and seemed just about miserable that he was there.I get it: I worked food service for years. But don’t take frustrations out on the guests man. That’s messed up.The food was good though. If I wasn’t with my grandma, I would have ordered somewhere else.

Food is good. Proportion is okay too. But the service severely lacks though.
